After aware of this i bought it.. Kovio neer is a good quality in each product.

Very costly, but dependable as product is from Konvio...

The product is good but the size of balls is small compared to the product image displayed. Usually the technician uses 2-3 balls but we need 5-7 of these balls. Usually the antiscalant ball is the size of a large lemon but this is the size of a small marble. Be cautious while buying.
