Adjusting the belt when first getting it is tough. But once you use it for a little bit it gets easier to adjust. It’s very good quality. Use for a lot of different things in the PT setting

Simple for anyone
Wow this is the best! My husband is a big man, so trying to stretch him out is a big chore on me. Now I can just wrap this around a leg and wrap behind my back,, Sooo easy!! Just lean into the strap a little and now I can give him a good stretch… I can put a little tension any direction I need to. Before I could hardly pull on his leg enough for him to even feel it, now he can get a little relief from his back pain. Wonderful product, durable, good price, and delivered when promised. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that has trouble stretching people. Love it !!

Sissy Squat
Works very well for Sissy Squats. Put around power rack upright, buckle it, keep about 3 feet, step through so it is around where knee bends, step back so belt is taught and squat to below parallel. You’ll have to get used to keeping balance. A lot less expensive than a Sissy Squat bench. It ain’t easy but it works.
