Great value, easy to use, convenient single sheets that fit your pans. Definitely a lot cheaper to buy them here, than at the store (for the amount you get per box). I'll be buying again, and highly recommend them to anyone that cooks/bakes and likes to save time and money.Hint: The box is large (see measurements in the product description) and stiff, so I was unable to find space for them in my small cabinets where I could easily reach them whenever I need them, so I came up with an idea, that works brilliantly! I took some Velcro strips and actually hung it right on my cabinet door, on the inside,next to the oven. VOILA! Quick and easy to get to and use. Plus out of the way, and yes, the cabinet door still shuts all the way, since it's very narrow.. If you can't find space in your cabinets, or just like coming up with convenient ways to use things, while saving room and storage space, I suggest trying that. You'll be glad you did. The closer to the stove, the better, since that is where (I assume) you will be using it the most. This product gets an A+ from me.

The media could not be loaded.  The best parchment paper for my kitchen! this parchment paper is very convenient for my needs, it fits my cookie sheets perfectly and it helps me work in a more efficient way, I put the box away in one of my cabinets, every time I need a sheet I take it, that easy! I use it a lot for chicken wings and vegetables too! The box is also very strong and firm so it can handle all the times I open and close it!

I have always bought parchment paper from the King Arthur Baking company, but decided to take a cheaper route. Boy, you get what you pay for! These are too small, they do not come in a moisture proof package and I can't wait until they are gone. I will be ordering my next ones from King Arthur. I saw on America's Test Kitchen that they were the best and they are right. I won't make this mistake again.

I bought this to make pizza crusts for the freezer on - but find I'm using it for a lot of things- pleated it to make a DIY version of a hot dog bun pan, use it under cookies, I even lined my upper kitchen cabinets (that no mans land between the cupboards and the ceiling).So handy in the dispenser box - I put it in the cupboard behind my folding pizza peel, fits perfectly and I can pull out one sheet with just one hand. This stuff is also much easier to use - I'm not sure if it's thicker or its easier because it doesn't roll up like the stuff in the roll does, but it's soooooo nice to pull out a sheet and it stays flat.Took the high heat I prebake my crusts on (450) with no issues at all.My only wish is it was about an in inch wider - my pizza crusts are 12" round and they go right to the edge of these, but the length leaves me plenty of stuff to use to slide it in and around .Highly recommend these - I'll keep them stocked in my kitchen !

Wow these are great quality at a great price!! I am a home Baker, and used to buy King Arthur version of this product at 2x the price plus shipping. And I love how it's in a rigid box, so at least for now I can stand it on end. Once the box has less in it, they might slouch a bit, so I'll have to store flat, but not an issue. I hope Amazon continues to carry!

This product comes gently folded in half. It fits flat on the bottom of a full-sized sheet pan. It is easy to halve to fit flat on the bottom of a half-sheet pan.It is silicone-coated parchment, not quilon-coated. This fact means it is more resilient to repeated uses and is slightly thicker than the thinner quilon-coated paper. It is of high quality. I am able to fit twice as many cookies on a full-sized sheet as a half-sized sheet thereby making my task easier. I recommend it if these features are important to you.

These are no doubt perfectly good quality parchment sheets, but they are advertised incorrectly. As you can see in the photos, these are 12x16, not 16x24 as the description states. The situation is further confused by the printed label on the box actually stating “16x24” which is clearly not the case. Yes, I realize I could double these up to use on my full sheet pans, but that means I am using twice the volume for the price and have to deal with the seam interfering with stirring, transferring food, etc. Why is a true full-size sheet pan liner so hard to find?! Returning.

I only have a small bench top oven and thus only a half sized baking tray. With a roll of parchment I tore off a strip then tore it in half. With these I have just cut a handful of sheets in half in one go and they're waiting ready to use. Much quicker, much easier.

Such a simple advice to use. Only thing is it does not tell you how to do them. Personally I use 5% Beef Mince, One egg and Burger Helper mixes with the Mince. Hold perfectly and taste great. I use wax proof pre cut papers when pressing to stop any sticking and then freeze them accordingly.

Handy size and work well. I use them for separating home cooked ham which I then thinly slice, pile up a few slices at a time, separating each pile of a few slices with a square of this paper. The bundle of separated slices gets put in the freezer in a big ziplock bag, and I find I can easily remove one pack of a few slices with no problem at all. So much more convenient than cutting up curling sheets of baking paper off a roll like I did before. I’ve also used them for separating balls of naan dough before freezing so I can make up a batch of dough at a time, roll into balls then freeze.

They are so good at keeping the oven tray clean that it only needs a proper wash every so often. My son cooks very 'smelly' foods in the oven and him using these sheets mean that the smells and tastes are not transferred and with just a change of sheet it is perfect for me to use.

I thought that when I will take out of freezer, I would easily just take out 1 patty although all patties came out together and were hard to separate . I had to defrost one batch for 1min which allowed me to separate each of them and freeze again , this meant that I could take out one at a time for future use. Maybe it is meant to be like this.
