Card 1: 18 reps & 3 sets. Back of card refers to straighten left leg. I'm assuming 6 sets of 18 reps (alternating left and right)?

Hi Alina, Thanks for reaching out, You are referring to the "Lunges" workout, here 18 reps & 3 sets are meant to be done with the left leg, and then 18 reps & 3 sets with the right one. Here you can make each rep. more challenging either by increasing the resistance offered by the bar or by placing it behind the neck. In case of any further questions or queries feel free to ask.

I am 4'10". Can the cord length be adjusted?

Hi, Yes, the length of Flexies Pilates Bar is adjustable and can be adjusted using the 4 knobs on each side of bar and resistance bands. Though these are "Pilates Bar Workout Cards" which can be bought seperately to enhance your workout sessions using the pilates bar.

Is this good for 70 year olds?

Oh my gosh yes it has easy, medium and hard workout but it can even work for teenagers if they aren’t old enough to use a gym and for them to workout from home.

What's the difference between volume 1 & 2?

Pilates Bar volume 2 is an extension to the existing Workout cards What’s Inside Volume 2: 1) Number of brand-new Pilates bar workouts 2)Step-by-step instructions and visual guides 3)Targeted exercises for strength, flexibility, and balance 4)Tips to enhance your form and technique 5)A fresh challenge with each workout In case of any assistance required feel free to reach out to us.
