Are the shoulder straps adjustable?(separately)

the shoulder straps are integrated to the straps that go around your ribs. It is a very comfortable product and by the way - this product DID NOT have any oder...Not sure what this other person is talking about. It is a great and comfortable product.

Does this help correct the neck hump known as Dowager's hump?

That’s one of the reasons I bought it, but I haven’t really noticed a difference in the “buffalo hump.” I do like that it helps me stand up straight while I’m cooking or doing dishes, and my husband says he has noticed I’m not as hunched over as I used to be. Hopefully, after more time and weight loss, the hump will subside.

Does it relieve or ward off muscle spasms at all?

Comfy, worth it, useful.

Even though am not a regular user, whenever i do remember to wear, there is no regret. they are comfortable and i can wear it for hours without feeling tired. Also side note: i have a big neck hump and back hump. If i was wearing them regularly, i would probably notice the difference, In summary, totally worth the money.
