Q: Does this ship usps or ups?

I ordered my heater several years ago and it was with UPS.

Q: How do i stop it from filling the room with thick black smoke???

There should be no smoke if you are using K1clear kerosene. No other fuel should be used. Please call our customer service as soon as possible and stop using the unit. 877-get-heat.

Q: Which unit is better? Dyno Glo or this model?

I've had the Sengoku Keroheat for several years and it burns clean and efficiently. I love the safety features on it.

Q: Will this run at 7000ft elevation?

Kerosene heaters do not perform well on elevations over 6,000 ft.
