Sharp and Easy to Use
This wire stripping knife is well made, sharp, and comfortable to hold. It removes cable insulation cleanly and makes the job much easier. The blade is durable, and the handle provides a secure grip for better control. It works great for electrical projects and offers excellent value for the price. I would definitely recommend it.

Just buy it.
Favorite knife I have ever owned. I have two of them and they can tackle any task. I dont think ill ever buy a different pocket knife. I work with pools and find my self using this for quick wire stripping frequently. Definitely need to pickup some new blades soon, they last for months typically and dont even rust when exposed to chlorinated water.

bought it for cutting sod
UPDATE: Well, this knife was great for cutting sod. However, it dulled almost immediately. I was hoping to get at least 3 or 4 uses out of it, but one use of several cuts was all the blade could take. I know that cutting sod is not what the knife is designed for, so you can take that comment or leave it. I will have to find another tool for cutting sod.Original review: I wonder if South Florida is the only place where you use sod instead of grass seed? When installing a square of sod (grass growing out of a chunk of dirt), you may have to fit it around a curved area, or fit it into a spot of bare ground. I bought this curved "hawk bill" knife to cut either the grass that is already growing, so I can put in a full square of sod; or to cut the piece of sod to fit my space. I'm not doing a complete lawn; I'm just patching the brown or bare spots. I am using the knife to cut straight down through the grass and the roots, and then use a spade or shovel to remove what is not wanted. So far, this knife has done the job. It is strong enough and sharp enough. It opened and closed a little stiffly the first couple of times, but then it seemed to get better. I always wear thick leather gloves when doing yard work, so I close this knife with gloves on. You have to endanger yourself to close it--you have to squeeze the bottom of the knife handle to release the lock on the blade. But the blade doesn't snap back, and you can hold the blade with your other hand to guide it when closing the knife. Using a handheld knife instead of a power tool gives me more control of what I'm doing. I just have to remember to keep my feet out of the direction of my cuts. I looked at a LOT of knives and read all the reviews. This seemed to be the best answer to my needs.

Good sturdy blades, Easy to open, but no Lanyard Loop.
I work as a HVAC Service Tech. I run into many situations where I'm cutting at a very awkward angle, and utility knives are horrible as they're very short and flimsy. Cutting through a bead of silicon holding an indoor coil box closed? Yeah no thanks. I've been using a pocket knife with a longer blade for its sturdiness. But the angle is still... awkward. I came across this knife while looking for a sheepsfoot knife(the angle is just right), and decided to give it a shot. Its great! I've been using it quite heavily and its still sharp as a fresh utility knife blade. The over all construction is solid. Its a bit on the heavy side, but I like my work blades to have a bit of heft to them. Oh, and the fact that the blade is replaceable? Makes it so I'm not afraid to get in there with the tip and really lever on it without fear of having to spend $40 on a whole new knife if it breaks.I have ONE complaint: There isn't a Lanyard loop. Theres no where to attach a length of line so that if I'm up on a ladder, or hanging from a harness, and accidently drop the sucker theres no worry of it falling on someone. Also, makes it nice to be able to just let go and its still close to hand. I have to completely put the thing away to free up my hand, even if I'm doing a lot of cutting work. That's why a 4 out of 5, instead of a solid 5.Overall, this is a great buy. I'd recommend this to any electrician or HVAC Tech.

Great tool
Works great! I am a firefighter and this tool is super great for cutting the rubber lining on commercial roof tools! Very sharp and the hawk bill design makes it easy to use. Plus the replacement blades are cheap so keeping it clean and ready to use is a major plus!

I LIKE IT !!
So far, I love this knife. The side clip has just the right tension & end curve to easily slip on my jeans pocket but stays put once it's on. I'm using it as a box cutter & it's way better than my Milwaukee utility knife. That hooked end makes a big difference. Heavy corrugated boxes usually required 2 passes to cut through with the Milwaukee. But this knife easily cuts through in one pass with a lot less effort. Can't tell yet how long it stays sharp, only had it a few weeks. I bought extra blades, but I'll try sharpening 1st when it gets dull. Opening & closing is a little stiff, but I can do it with one hand. {89 yr., disabled). Very happy with this cutter.

やっぱりクライン
持っているだけで、仕事にやる気が出ます。曲がっているので、多芯ケーブルの外層も向きやすいです。折りたたみで、フックが付いているので、ポケットに入れて持ち運びに便利です。
