Decent not perfect
Update 12/24 - The nylon brush came in handy for cleaning my baseboard hydronic radiators. I could vacuum the top and front sides with the brush attachment on the vacuum but it couldn't reach the back of the aluminum fins. I easily stuck the brush down the back and with a sweeping motion knocked out pet hair and dust. I just moved from side to side quickly doing a vertical up and down sweep with the brush in one hand the vacuum in the other. The dust and stuff got immediately sucked up by the vacuum. The metal comb helps straighten very bent fins but I found just using my fingers worked faster in this case. The nylon brush is really only useful to clean surface material off of a DRY evaporator coil. The bristles are long enough to reach past the fins to the tubing but they aren't strong enough to brush out anything stuck or caked onto them. Use this before spraying a cleaner so you knock out the loose stuff. Same could be said of using on fins for condensing unit - You can use to knock off bugs and leaves but not much as far as providing something to scrub with. The metal comb is decent but several of the individual tines came loose on me. You want to remove them so they don't scar or twist anything out of whack. I ended up dropping some super glue into the handle in an effort to better hold the tines. It worked okay. I didn't want to crimp it for fear of misaligning them. For a pro, you may find neither of these will stand up to repeated, heavy use. The nylon brush will perform but there may be other cheaper options like paint brushes. Since the metal tines starting falling out pretty quickly for me just on my home unit I guess keeping several on hand would help. The metal will straighten fins but there is a method. I found you want to hold vertically or perpendicular to the fins needing straightening. It will only do 1 or 2 columns at a time and you need to start from an already straight section above or below or a straight column from either side. The plastic slider is the adjustment for how much the tines will spread on a pass. Keeping towards the top will straighten slightly bent ones but for fins bent flat you can't insert the comb deep enough like that. So you need to adjust lower and work your way up. It's tedious and it will never look new but allowing 2 hours time for an average home condensing unit should work with moderate damaged fins. That includes the learning curve.Overall; this pack of combs did the job I needed it to do except that the nylon brush did nothing for the inner parts my coil. Save your money and don't bother with the Orange store's selection of spray cleaners. I went through many multiple cans and bottles of every brand but finally purchased CoilSafe and that cleared out a lot more gunk. It's a concentrate so you need to mix in sprayer of some kind.

Very good quality, cleans coils perfectly
I needed these to clean a big AC window unit, so I bought these and they worked perfectly for cleaning the coils and the air conditioner works great now. Quality is very nice and I would highly recommend this product.

Worth the money
It works. Not as well as I had hoped. Takes a little practice.

They do the job!
We have 2 wall unit air conditioner/heat pumps and they need to be cleaned twice a year. The brush is stiff and does a great job getting the dust off and out of the nooks and crannies. The wire combs pushes any fins that may have gotten bent in the vac process. Excellent little tools we can't go without! Super easy to use, thickness is just right, and they're beyond functional!

Works Well!
Works well but I had to use light pressure and multiple strokes at around a 45 degree angle. If you press too hard you can do more harm than good.
