Sturdy, dense rubber. Not spongy in anyway like a yoga roll mat or children's foam jigsaws would be. Easy assembly with edging to finish the job. Professional look after fitting.

Bought to put in conservatory to protect tiles from gym equipment. Not the usual foam type but solid rubber and thick protection, perfect in every way for my needs and non slip too.

I use these for my gym floor in the garage. They look great and are tough and hard-wearing enough to use as flooring for such purpose. I am writing this review 2 years later and they are still going strong. Very pleased.

Fits together and eventually settles flat, the sides doesn't fit as snug.There is a odd number so you would need two lots to create a square or rectangle

I was already using a cheap foam based matting in my home gym in my garage which was ok but after building up the equipment I am using, I wanted something more professional - these are perfect! More expensive than the boring foam matts you can pick up from your DIY superstore but you can certainly tell the difference. They look great and are the perfect finishing touch for a home gym.

Great, robust fitness mats perfect for home gym flooring, for dynamic exercises or underneath a home trainer. They are much better than the regular cheaper EVA foam mats out there on the market and thus still great value for money. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately there was no edging strips in the box.
