Easy to put together

I ordered the black 55-inch tv stand. I don't like to assemble items with doors or drawers. I just wanted a simple, but attractive item that would be easy to assemble. This stand was exactly that. If you're looking at the picture and thinking that you don't see this item listed in the options, there is an explanation for that. Instead of leaving it backless, I used a stapler to attach black foam board to the back. Black poster board would also work. The foam board is just more durable. If needed, you can cut slits or holes in it for cords to pass through. Or you can leave portions of the board unstapled at the bottom for the cords. Note: The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the top arrived damaged. It had a sizable, punched-in area. The length was about half the length of a dollar bill. The width was about the entire width of a dollar bill. Fortunately, it was on the underside, so it's not visible.

Love this TV stand/table. I was able to completely put the entire TV stand together by myself. If you have a power drill that will be very helpful... It took me about 2 hours and 15 minutes to put together. If you take your time and don't rush and look at the pictures well for the step-by-step directions is pretty easy.... Couple of things to be careful of. There are some screws with little black bands around them in the picture.Take the time to make sure you screw those down straight. Make sure they're not crooked because they are going to connect to other pieces & they need to be straight for everything to line up properly.They did give two extras which is great! As you can see from the picture I only messed one up.Also the back piece while putting together I was debating whether the white should go in the front or facing the back..... I realized too late I should have faced it in the front. As you could see from the front photo you can see the brown when you would rather see white... Was not about to take everything apart once I realized it. I can very easily paint that white so not too big of a deal.Also you will see one of the shelves I should have had facing down so those silver screw tighteners weren't showing. But I can also paint those white so not too big of a deal. Just something to keep in mind so you don't make the same mistake.Do not use the power drill on the round pieces that lock the screws in place. Use a regular screwdriver for that.I still feel it's super easy to put together even though I made a couple mistakes. Love the TV stand and I'm very happy with my purchase.
