CeraTerra Collection, 12" Ceramic Nonstick Grill Pan (PTFE, PFAS, and PFOA Free), Made in Korea (12-in Grill Pan)

Been looking for a replacement 'small square' frypan for my sister-in-law. Took me years to finally come across this 8 1/2" pan. Loved it so much I ordered 2 - 1 for her and 1 for me. They arrived quickly and am I ever impressed with the quality. Doesn't really need the silicone handle cover but I mistakenly ordered 12 of them instead of one for my cast iron fry pan. A beautiful little pan for my induction stove, nice and light too.. Perfect for my grilled cheese sandwiches, and need I say, from now on, all my omelettes will be square!

Me encantó q no tiene materiales tóxicos y es una belleza. Aparte se lava super fácil y cocinar ahí con el debido cuidado es una maravilla. Para ser perfecta solo le falta tener asas a prueba de fuego. Se calientan tanto en la olla como en la tapa.

Bought this to replace my old pot that was showing signs of the coating chipping. Also, my old pot had a non metal handle that was becoming weak due to my gas burner melting it. Love the Techef. Bought it because it had a coating that did not have any of the chemicals you see in many cookware items. Plus the handle is metal, so it should last. Easy to clean. I melted caramel in the pot, which always burns on the inside wall of the pot. No problem, the burned caramel came right off with soap and water. Highly recommend.

I love this lil pan! It works great for eggs and whatever else you want to cook in it. I use a tiny bit of avocado oil and it works like a charm. It does get very hot, so wait till it cools off to wash it and wipe it clean. It cleans like a breeze! Am very happy with my purchase. Would recommend this product.

I've been using cast iron for most of my cooking, trying to avoid teflon and other potential chemical exposure. I'm no expert on the science but figure if I can avoid it, why not? I do love my cast iron but wanted something to fill in the gaps on things cast iron isn't good for, and especially something quicker & easier to clean up for making my eggs. This pan checked all the boxes and the price was right, so I gave it a shot. First impression right away, it was packaged like a high end item, and looks the part too. Has some weight to it, the handle is comfortable and super solid - the whole thing right away was a lot more than I was expecting for the price. Everything about it just looks and feels well made right from the get go - I was impressed before I even tried it. Once I tried it, I found it super non-stick and more slippery than anything I've ever used before. Making my eggs is a breeze now, everything so far has come out great, and cleanup consists of a rinse and a quick wipe and I'm done. I got the matching 12" lid which I haven't needed to use yet - but is a perfect fit and also well made with a nice big easy to grip handle on top. I can't speak to the durability just yet as I've only used it 4 times, but considering I'll only be doing low heat things and considering you don't have to scrub it to get it clean, it'll be treated pretty gently so I don't foresee running into any problems. I've had much more expensive non-stick and none of them last forever, so at this price point I'm pretty confident already it's going to be well worth it in the long run.
