Riding a trainer can be dicey if the front wheel isn’t held in place securely. This holder does the job quite nicely.

Product works great and cust. support were very helpful.It arrived missing two of the three rubber feet. I notified customer support group and they got the replacement parts out quickly. Very happy with the purchase.

Before buying this , I had been using some planks of wood duct taped together with some carpeting covering them, it was ok. I had been using that with an old trainer that made a racket, it sounded like a freight train. I purchased a new trainer and added the standard trainer block that came with it to my wood plank set up, again the stability was ok, it could have been a bit better. I saw this trainer block and it took me awhile to order it because of the price. I know there is another popular brand block that is a bit more even. Any way this works very nicely. It does not move around, I have it on a carpeted floor and I found the height I wanted, hence no need for the wood plank set up. I like how there is a good amount of bike tire length that fits in the block and how the block hugs the tire, I think that is what makes the big difference. From time to time I stand up and pedal, I am careful but I feel secure in doing this. This piece of equipment was worth it. I got the blue one. It also looks nice.

Just received the item. Used it for a short, low intensity ride. It’s very stable on a rubber mat. Maybe somewhat slippery on a wooden floor. It comes with some small rubber pads, which may be sufficient to keep it from moving around a lot.
