Fun Barbie Doll for those with Kids who Love Mermaids!
This is a cute and well-priced Barbie mermaid doll, perfect for little ones who love mermaids and bright, fun colors. I got the one with vibrant pink hair, and it’s well-made with nice little streaks of different pink shades that add a unique touch. The articulation is what you’d expect from a Barbie, and the tail piece is soft with a bright orange design. The very end of the tail comes separately in the package, so you do have to pop the fin in, but it’s no problem at all. I imagine the fins might even be swappable with other mermaid dolls in the series, making it a bit more customizable, especially with the different princess-style headbands that come with each model as well. All in all, a great figure that any Barbie or mermaid fan would enjoy!

A fun, bright, nice priced doll.
This is a pretty barbie, but on my screen she looks like she has purple hair, still pretty though!!! But when she arrived she has pink and bright red hair which is very nice!!! And a great price!!! Love her!!!

Fun for playtime!
Her tail falls off occasionally but is still very pretty for my daughter. She loves her hair and has so much fun! We haven’t played with the Barbie in the tub yet but I’m sure she’ll have tons of fun when we do.

Such a pretty face and hair combo. Swapped it onto a made to move tennis player body.

Beautiful Mermaid, good overall value
At the regular retail price, this mermaid is quite a catch! She has uniquely colored hair of good quality (note that on the one I received, it was not evenly cut; I trimmed it a bit), and though I know everyone is sick of this head mold, I think this is a nice use of it. As a collector, I find that her screening is very pixelated, and that the yellowish treatment on the fin portion of her tail is very sticky (edit: this issue has been fixed). It’s only sticky on the front where the yellow paint is. I switched her head to a playline Made to Move body, and it’s worth noting that the head from her new body was not the best match for her original body. When I took a closer look, the doll’s head is lighter than her body. Not unforgivably so, but worth noting. Overall excellent for the price point. I love the design of the permanent top on this body. Good purchase.Edit: I purchased two more December 2024 and the fin paint is no longer sticky. I updated my rating from 4 to 5 stars.
