Really good in the air fryer for fatty things like kofte and kebab skewers. Brilliant addition to our air fryer.

Works a treat. Don't see the need for the hump in the middle though and it's a little pricey for what it is.

Fantastic non stick grill plate. Sears steak and chops really well, and great for cooking salmon fillets on. No mess, easier to wash than the mesh plate.
