Easy to read and very insightful. I feel at peace after reading this book with an open heart, and now I’m on the journey of ending all my suffering by simply focusing on the present moment with the faith that the universe is working for me. This mindset is gradually helping me shift from thinking.

This book is a great book to read if you find yourself overthinking in a many different situations. Whether it be life or at work. The book emphasises on the perception of reality and allows you to change your perspective of thinking.

Great book, really gives you a different perspective - I may not agree with all of the contents but I believe certain aspects are really going to help me.Might be worth a look if you suffer from anxiety or overthinking.

Some useful insights. God as the solution of putting
The book starts well with a good insights into why over thinking creates problems and anxiety and how to be aware of the impact thinking has. These insights alone are transformative. However, the advice for preventing over thinking essentially boils down to ‘don’t think’ and ‘just let God guide you’. It becomes increasingly focused on religion and God as our saviour. This is a book about spirituality. For me personally, I would have preferred more focus on psychology

It will help...
This really is a great read and makes total sense to a person who doesn't switch their brain off and thinks of every situation and prepares for every situation.... this book has helped me to recognise that overthinking has caused me so much damage personally. A must read... you have nothing to lose

Honestly I was totally lost and low before I came across an audio book on YouTube. If you are someone who often overthinks, you will find this book very helpful.
