I have mild asthma usually controlled with Singulair & Flonase. Cold weather aggravates it and results in a non-stop cough to expel phlegm (due to leukotrines). After researching the ingredients, I purchased a bottle of the Immunity/Allergy formula and just after 3 days I have noticed a dramatic improvement-no coughing during the night or in the morning. I've never experienced relief for other medical issues from herbal supplements in the past so I was skeptical, but what I am seeing now is a profound improvement of my general asthma symptoms without the use of any oral antihistamines. I am seriously impressed. Only down side is the capsules are rather large. That's a small annoyance for the relief I am receiving from this formula. I am certain this is worth a try if your mild asthma meds need some help controlling an annoying asthma cough. (I have not been paid or received free product for this review)

I have LOTS of allergies & this helps with it all, including food allergies.

It was as expected

Quercetin is commonly found in many plants and foods and has both antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits. It helps the respiratory system, but it also helps to prevent heart disease, protect against cancer, reduce swelling, and help with blood sugar control. I thought I was dealing with a massive allergy response to tree pollen, but it turned out to be a nasty cold instead. I took this anyway for several days and it still turned out to be beneficial to my respiratory system. This virus took a lot out of me, but I did feel somewhat better once I started taking this. It didn’t get rid of the virus of course, but it did improve how my lungs were feeling (I was able to compare the before and after effects because of how long this cold lasted). Anyway, because this is meant more for allergy relief, I won’t be able to perfectly review it because I wasn’t actually dealing with allergies. I do believe it to be a good product though.

The sidewalk outside my house is lined with trees that have the spiked balls that break into little pieces in the spring. Those pieces get literally everywhere, and I am allergic to them. When I sweep them up off my patio, even with a mask on I have sneezing fits, coughing, runny nose, and my eyes water the whole time like I cut an onion. Everyday spring symptoms are a constantly runny and congested nose, irritated eyes, and sneezing. Quercetin had been recommended to me for allergy relief by several people, so I gave these capsules a try. Within about a half hour of taking 2 capsules, my nose was clear for several hours. I don't get all day relief, but it's nice to feel better for several hours without having to take allergy drugs, which don't work great and have side effects such as sleepiness or lightheadedness. Not sure if these are as much use for hardcore allergy sufferers, but for the occasional allergy sufferer like me, they've been helpful.

I am honestly not sure if it helped or not. I was having horrible allergy issues at the beginning of the season, so I started using this as we ran out of some OTC stuff that was no longer working. Even after using this, I seemed to have at least one sneezing fit a day (several sneezes in a row), and dealt with burning eyes often--but that last bit could have come from being a 2nd time around college student living in a tech world. I certainly don't think this supplement hurt, but I don't know if I am going to use it again. I might try the Immune stuff this company has put out. I use some of their other products, so I think they are typically good.
