Just the right size and right puffiness in a pillow that I would like. I didn't really follow the seller's guide in purchasing the size of inserts though. My pillow case is 16" size and I purchased the 15" insert and it fits perfectly. Love it.

Not as fluffy as I'd like, but still ok
I needed to use both inserts into one pillow to get it the right fluffiness, but the shipping was super fast and I was able to use points to purchase, so free is good.
