R1 Concepts Front and Rear Brake Kit Fits 2019-2022 Genesis G70

These live up to every expectation ! The fit was perfect didn’t have to modify anything and they increased the handling and improved the breaking of my Giulia.

I recently purchased this brake pads and rotors set for my vehicle, and I am thoroughly impressed with the performance and quality. I am very pleasantly surprised by these brakes. The stock pads and super impressive to begin with, and I was very concerned that this product is essentially buying a drilled/slotted rotors and the pads were just so they can say it was a full set. After ~100 miles of use I can confidently say these are equal to stock in my opinion. Pros: • Drilled and slotted rotors! Not only are they cool but they also do an amazing job keeping break dust from collecting on the rims. Probably the main reason to buy them • stopping power feels equal to stock • Price!! Let’s be real this is an amazing value • Fits the B9 SQ5 platform without issue • Short break in period. I am in Southern California so I do a lot of light breaking and it took me only ~50 miles to see major improvement and they felt fully broken in after 100 miles Cons: • No sensors included. They aren’t more than around $40 to buy separately so I do wish they just threw some in the box so it’s an “all in one” purchase • Delivery box is HEAVY. If you have issues lifting a small box that’s probably 120lbs or so then make sure you open it and move them one at a time or have a dolly In summary I am extremely pleased with this and they will make any road warrior happy.

I am very pleased with this front brake kit. The quality is excellent, the parts feel durable, and the installation was smooth. The brakes work perfectly and provide reliable stopping power. 1- Timing and packaging is great 2- Rotors and brake pads are perfect match for the car. They fit like a charm. It took me 20 minutes to chance one side rotor and brake pads. 45 in total for the front rotor and brale pads. 3- Pad brackets were not added, but pads had pre installed accesories. I used the brake calipher asccosories after cleaning them with brale cleaner. Even such case was not a bother to me. 4- They looked better than the original installed rotor and pads. I will order more for my audi and acura too if they have the corresponding parts. I will update if I see a quick wear but I am not expecting that because I checked the pads and rotors already. Great product.

The value for the kit is really good. The brake pad seems like every other ceramic pads out there nothing special. The installation wasn't hard, but working under the sun can weaken you. So a job that suppose to take no more than 4 hours to do with hand tools, took a whole day. I had to redo the front, put the right on the left and left on the right. There's no label which side to go on the rotors, you need to read the label on the box. But I don't think it matters cause the vent is just straight up. Brake feels alright. I feel like it bite slower than my previous pad which is a Bosch quiet pads. I don't really see much brake dust after driving around. At the end if the day it does what it's intend for and the price is very good.

Genuinely Shocked! I’m recently retired from the automotive repair side, been in automotive repair my entire adult life. I’ve used “economy” brakes in the past and it’s always been “you get what you pay for”. Now being out of the repair world and having to pay retail, I shopped around. These had decent reviews and I had time to wait for the delivery. The reality is, there really is only like a half a dozen, maybe a dozen or so of brake rotor manufacturers. Then they get rebranded, resold, so on and so on. Honestly I’m still in shock. Rotors were a perfect fit, brakes pads needed a little filing(normal). Had them on for a while now, no warping, no noise. I will absolutely buy these again and I am recommending these to my friends. 10 out of 10 for sure.

I have a 2015 Lexus IS250 base model and I replaced my stock brakes with this set. I had been doing research on R1 Concepts and other brands for a short while, but when this set went on discount during black friday, it was a no-brainer for me. The set came packaged all in one box with no damages nor defects. As shown in the pictures, this set only includes pads and rotors, but no hardware. Make sure to clean your current hardware prior to installing the pads. After installation, I test drove my car to break them in. I immediately noticed these brakes have much better braking performance than stock and I have not had any issues with noise nor vibrations at higher braking speeds that would indicate rotor warpage. A week later, I have yet to notice any issues with these brakes. All in all, I'm glad with my purchase of this set. Not only is the braking performance better, but they upgrade the look of the car as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an OEM+ upgrade for their brakes.

Just installed em and all seems OK. The pads stop really well, time will tell if they start to squeal like others have noted but so far quiet. Can't beat the price! If anything changes I will update my review with details. Cheers
