I've had a first ever fungal infection in all of my toenails. I've never had an infection like this EVER. So I've been desperately trying everything to get rid of it like anti fungal creams and powder - these products did nothing to help. Lately I've been trying clove oil on my toes and getting some relief but not enough. Will get oregonal oil to add to the mix. Also tried evening foot soaks in hot water and the SOL from this product and Wow! I now have a chance to get over this - the Sol is surprisingly effective. Instead of pain it leaves my toes buzzing - feels like it's finally healing and reduces pain. I have found that at least one foot soak consistently every day is important. Hope this helps.

OK, love these! Just one word of caution, and this is totally on me as a purchaser. This is a LOT of salt. It will last you a loooong time. That's not bad at all. I just didn't realize how much I was purchasing. :-) I thought it was kind of expensive, but I was wrong!

Makes sole'. The old container was better for stacking in pantry tho.

I bought this product because I really love the Himalayan Crystal Salt and thought I wanted to try it.I have used them but am not so sure what it does for me. I don't feel any different and so I gave it a 4 star instead of the 5 stars the salt got. The stones look really good, you can see they are pure and they do dissolve in water, i.e. they slowly release the salt into the water where you lay them in and then you drink a glass of it in the morning. It is an acquired taste because it does taste quite salty... well of course that also depends on how much you dilute it. One small teaspoon is enough for a large glass of water. This way the stones will last you a very long time!
