**Title: More Than Just a TV, It's a Piece of Art! 🤎**
When I first moved into my apartment, I wanted to create a space that felt cozy, stylish, and full of personality without having a traditional TV taking away from my decor. This Frame TV was one of my favorite investments! It's incredibly slim, lightweight, and blends so beautifully into my gallery wall that you can barely tell it's a TV. I absolutely love being able to change the artwork to match my home's colors, mood, or personal style. You can even choose different frame colors to complement your decor. For someone like me who loves interior design, this is so much more than a television. It's a functional piece of art that completely elevates the space. Beautiful, practical, and definitely worth the investment! 🤎

Defective TV, lesson learned to not buy high $ item on Amazon
I bought a 75" frame TV that would not turn on - on powering up the first time after mounting to the wall, the screen would turn a bluish hue, the one connect box would produce a click sound and it would repeat the power cycle over and over. Since this was a first high dollar value purchase, I was careful to ensure I bought directly through Amazon. I had bought this for a new house and was only able to mount and plug in the TV a few months after I bought it due to unexpected delays with the new home being ready to live in. I initially chose to address through Samsung who outsourced to a third party repair company. The company repair personnel came to my home and diagnosed from the blinking light code that the led screen was not functional and the TV was defective. If they were going to repair the screen, I was advised it would take long and they would have to place an order with Samsung, and I may only be getting refurbished parts. For a new TV, this was not an acceptable resolution. I was also advised that returning the TV to the store would be quicker and easier if it was an option. I did not want to deal with Samsung or their third party service providers anymore and just wanted my money back to buy a more reliable TV. Amazon would not replace the defective TV with a new one. They would only allow a return for this defective TV with a restocking fee (of $432.57) since it was outside their 30 day window. $400+ restocking fee for a fundamentally defective product that cannot be restocked in any sense of that English word is unacceptable. Even when I escalated the matter, the tone deaf response from the supervisor was that if I wanted to return, a restocking fee applies per their policy and it is automatically charged by the software system and there is no way to waive it. I was also told that she as the supervisor is the last and final point of escalation and there is no option to complain or provide feedback to Amazon (other than taking legal action). I made it clear that my intent with placing a complaint was to provide feedback for the policy applied to high $ value items. It was a rude surprise and shock that a customer service supervisor would state that there was no further opportunity for feedback so a manager at an appropriate level of authority could review the policy and determine if there was room to improve Compare this policy and customer service response to other stores e.g: Costco, which offers 2 years of additional warranty on top of the manufacturers warranty for any TV purchased at their store or their online portal. I have been an Amazon Prime Member for more than 15y and this was my first purchase of a single item exceeding USD 2000. The experience and response by Amazon was a bit of a nasty shock. I guess it was a shock because I work in management within my own organization and we have had so much internal discussion on the value of "customer obsession" and how we can incorporate into everything we do and learn from Amazon based on all that is written about the singular company value that made Jeff Bezos and the team that built Amazon succeed. We were at an impasse and I relented and said ok, can you call Samsung again so we can resolve the matter together. The supervisor placed me on hold and after a while the line disconnected. She did not call back. The lesson I have learned is that Amazon takes no responsibility for defective merchandise even when it is directly sold by them and there is no differentiation in the product warranty and return window whether it is a 20 dollar item or a TV costing several thousands. There is also no feedback mechanism to get policy issues to be considered further. I will not buy any high $ items from Amazon and offer this experience as caution to anyone considering purchasing high $ value items especially if you need greater than the standard 30 day window. Please ensure whether you have the warranty coverage you need to get a new product replacement or return and refund. Update: On the third try, I was able to get a different supervisor on the line who understood my situation and was willing to credit the restocking fee upon return so that I did not lose money over a defective product. He apologized the he could not replace with a new item on this particular TV. At least a fair resolution.

Great TV, watch out for shipping damage
TV is great, be cautious ordering such a fragile item to be shipped. Product came unusable with the power connection point inside the TV broken and pushed into the TV. After mounting and powering on the TV would power cycle itself every few seconds making it impossible to navigate any screens to get to settings or diagnostics. Spoke to Amazon support who forwarded me to Samsung to try to get a service rep out to repair the TV. The Samsung rep recommended returning the TV for a replacement seeing as it was new out of the box, the Amazon rep was quick to click back onto the call and inform me they would not offer a replacement but could accept a return and I could purchase the TV again. The Samsung rep then sent me a text informing me that she had been hung up on and if I needed further help from Samsung to reach out to her, she still highly recommended replacing the entire unit. After speaking to the UPS driver who picked up the return he was very clear that boxes that do not fit in shelves are put flat on the floor, my suspicion is the TV was delivered flat and was damaged in shipping from the jarring. Now waiting 2 weeks for Amazon to issue a refund and out the cost of 2 TVs until then.. Purchased a replacement at best buy where they beat amazons price, undamaged TV is great! Everyone who sees it sitting in art mode comment on how realistic the paintings look and how great the image is when viewing videos. The smart things app that accompanies the TV can be a little slow and confusing at times but fortunately it isn’t needed often. Highly recommend the Samsung frame, just caution having something so fragile come bouncing down the road to your home out of your control.

Perfect tv for a living room
We wanted a tv that would blend in with our living room and the frame tv fits perfectly. We love the art that can be displayed when not watching tv; if you squint just a bit, it really seems like you’re looking at a framed print, not a tv. The set comes with its own mount and our adult son had no problems in setting it up. To complete the sense of a picture frame, he cut a hole in the drywall behind the tv and one behind the piece of furniture on which her placed the box that connects with the tv. So no cables are visible between the frame and the box ( all cables including the HDMI and sound bar cable go into the box instead of the tv) Picture quality is good and the Samsung remote works well. At $400 off list price through Prime Days, we’re thrilled with this set. Update: After about one month, our frame television has stopped working--it repeatedly shuts off or goes into a continuing on-screen loop. Samsung uses a third party to deal with repairs, but after I talked to a rep there and sent a requested photo of my unit, I received an email saying they had to escalate the issue back to Samsung and it might be up to 10 days before I hear from them. It's 5 days now and no word from Samsung. Given we're only had the unit for 4 weeks, I'll expect Samsung to exchange it for a new unit or offer a full refund. I'll update this post when the issue is resolved.

Great TV, pricey.
I was hooked once I saw photos of this thing displaying art like a painting. It comes with its own mounting hardware which isn’t too forgiving when it comes to getting it level or positioned where you want it. Do your best to get it right or you will either have to put more holes in the wall or learn to live with whatever imperfection you have. I absolutely love the single low gauge wire that goes to a separate receiver box with all the ports. It is not rated for going in the wall, it would probably be fine, but it’s so small I left it alone. The cord on this is also pretty long which is great for flexibility of your setup. The picture looks great. I had an issue with sound not lining up and had to factory reset, which was a pain, but that corrected the issue (no sound bar or anything). I do think the screen looks more matte and more like a paining in photos than in real life but I haven’t played with the settings too much. Finding art that is free to use is easy as is the app to upload it to the tv. I haven’t tried gaming on it but will hook up my ps5 to try it out. One other thing of note, typically the speakers on flat panels have been awful, but I’m thoroughly impressed by these. I’m no audiophile, so take that with a grain of salt, but I was impressed and have skipped the sound bar for now.

Frustrating, horrible overpriced TV
We've owned this piece of junk TV for less than two years, lightly used during that time, and it's been just a constant aggravation. Sure, it looks nice on the wall, but that's about all I can say. First thing that failed was that we got some terrible light bleed on the sides. We tried all the tricks that folks have posted on reddit and elsewhere, with barely any improvement. We just try to ignore it, but it's just unacceptable in such an expensive television, especially with how pervasive the issue is. Then, the brightness hasn't worked properly in like a year. The TV is very dim, and we have to go to settings and scroll over to picture settings and manually brighten it every time we turn it on to even see the picture. Now, all of a sudden, having made no changes to settings, the brightness is stuck on one setting, and won't change, regardless of changing the setting. And, just to close the loop on any useful aspect of this TV, now the damn thing won't load any art either. It just spins like it's loading, for 30 seconds, and then nothing happens. So we now have an art TV that won't load art, and as a TV it's horrible and barely watchable. If you google the brightness issues, art not loading, and light bleed, you will smartly stay away from this trash television unit. ** edit: a couple of days later, the brightness can now be changed, and the art does load. We are lucky, since many others haven't had their TVs self-heal. I'd still stay away.

Love our Frame TV
We purchased our Frame tv about two years ago during a home renovation. We’ve loved everything about it- the art subscription and the easy to set up and use tv. As you can see from the video, our dog even gives his approval on what art he likes and doesn’t! Last month our tv screen suddenly went blank. We called Samsung and were able to resolve the issue quickly and to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend the tv after the positive experience we had with Samsung and their repair company, Service Quick.

Faulty box
The frame tv is great. However it’s prone to electrical faults. The tv I purchased did not work and I had to return it.
