One hell of an amazing product this is my favorite beta alanine now. Used to always take ON’s but never felt the tingles. You wanna make sure you feel the tingles otherwise it’s not potent!!!

Not powder, but not sand like, it’s fine
A bit sandy and tastes bad, but mixes well and flavor doesn’t matter when mixed with pre or energy drinks, not too effective unfortunately, very weak tingles 💔

The Bucked Up Beta Alanine 300mg powder is easy to mix and consume, and it contains no artificial sweeteners. it's important to note that beta alanine can cause a tingling sensation (known as paresthesia) in some individuals as me. That's the reason I couldn't used after all. This sensation is harmless, but it can be uncomfortable .

Excellent supplement
I read a lot about this supplement prior to purchasing. I walk 5 miles on incline 5-6 days per week and was having issues with extremely sore legs and muscle fatigue. I mix this with powered creatine and 1/4 packet berry Emergen-C (for flavor) in 4 oz water and drink just prior to work out. I also drink approx 32 oz water during my walk. After a few days my muscles no longer ache, recovery is fast and I’m amazed! Consistency is like sugar. I can’t taste it and it has no smell. I’m shocked at how well this one supplement has worked and highly recommend!
