I have a total of 4 Vimtag cameras in my home.I'm pleased with the quality of the camera and the customer service provided by the company.I had an issue with one of the cameras I own and was promptly sent a replacement device.I have no complaints - which is great considering I'm a returning customer.It's a great camera to have and the good news is that it doesn't break the bank.I would use this strictly indoors (unless it's covered by some type of shield if placed outdoors.)Setting up the camera was pretty easy - I had it up and running in less than 10 minutes.All of the functions work as expected and I like the option to store videos locally instead of purchasing the cloud service.I'm able to pull up my live feed or go back and view specific time frames without any problems. I will say downloading videos can be a little challenging at times but to work around that I just do a screen recording to capture the videos as I need them. You can download videos but sometimes it can be slow and/or unable to download for some reason and I have to download the video again - which I'm not entirely sure if it's the cameras fault - it could be my internet connection. I have MANY devices connected to my home network!You can program the camera to record when motion, sound and/or humans are detected and it's pretty accurate.You also have the option to put the camera in sleep mode so it disables viewing until you disable sleep mode. You also have the option to password protect the camera so only those with that password can access the camera and its functions.There isn't a lag that I can see on the camera - maybe a second or less so it's really accurate. That really depends on your internet speed, connection, location of the device, etc.Overall, this is a function packed tiny little camera that doesn't take up much space but does it's job.It's affordable, customizable and practical - this is definitely a good buy!

La cámara es de alta calidad y de durabilidad tengo una hace 5 años y está intacta la imagen muy nítida coge una amplia cobertura tiene una cobertura bastante amplia me coge casi toda la cuadra completa La verdad que es impresionante lo bien que se ve y tiene detención de movimiento de atención humana que te avisa cualquier movimiento que haya afuera yo la tengo como cámara exterior y hasta ahora me ha funcionado muy bien y está en muy buen precio la verdad bueno se la recomiendo porque son muy buenas!

The best outside camera, so clear with no problems. I have six that I've had for two years. The only problem I've had recently is one got cloudy and I couldn't see from live camera or recording. I contacted customer service to get info on how to clean it. I did what they said it was still cloudy. I never expected what happened to happen but customer service checked to see if my camera was still under warranty and it was! This kind of thing just doesn't happen to me. Ever. I will praise their product and customer service highly. Thank you Vimtag so much.

Bought a pair of these cameras and they’ve been working fine until one started giving a slight problem but I reached out to the company and they offered to replace the faulty one and I received it within four days after making the report,so not only do they work great but the manufacturer values their customer

I have 3 different maker of camera, but this camera is the cheapest of all and it so sharp than the other 3 I have. The night view is fantastic compared to my other expensive camera. I was skeptical about getting it because of the price. But, with this quality, I'll be getting more. Good job to the producer.

The customer service with vimtag is amazing! I’ve purchased two outdoor cameras from them and any time I have a question, Ive sent them a message through the vimtag app and someone responds within an hour or two! I will continue to order my outdoor cameras through them not only for the amazing customer service but the clarity of the camera is excellent!
