Great Product
I use this at least once a week and order several jars at a time. I Can't get redfish where I live, but it's great on shrimp, tilapia, trout, and probably several others I haven't tried. I've made my own using the Prudhomme recipe, and it's great, but it's so much easier to just buy it.
