What are Sporti Power Swim Paddles designed for?

These paddles add resistance during lap swimming to support upper-body strength training, stroke mechanics, and proper hand positioning. They are suitable for individual workouts and swim-team practice.

How do the paddles stay securely on my hands?

Wide, adjustable wrist and finger straps allow you to customize the fit. Adjust the tubing so the paddles remain stable without placing excessive pressure on your hands or wrists.

What do the small holes in the paddles do?

The small holes allow water to flow through the paddles, moderating resistance and helping swimmers maintain a more natural feel for the water while practicing stroke technique.

How should I choose a paddle size?

Choose a size based on your hand dimensions, experience, and desired resistance. Smaller paddles are easier to control, while larger paddles create more resistance. Consider sizing up if you have larger hands or want increased resistance.

What is included, and how should I care for the paddles?

Each order includes a pair of polypropylene swim paddles with adjustable tubing. After each pool session, rinse the paddles and straps with clean water and allow them to air-dry completely before storage.
