Very festive must have for parties. My wife added oil to the premelted chocolate wafers and the flow of chocolate was perfect. Nice size for multiple people to use at the same time.

I just bought this item, used it for the very first time and the motor for the elevator just quit, actually burned up. The instructions with the unit were uninformative. The fountain portion of the unit did not work. We even followed the (lacking) troubleshooting guide. Would not recommend this product.

It is smaller than I was expecting but it is what they advertised. Worked great for a 50 person party.

The chocolate fountain was very messy and difficult to clean. The chocolate I chose was not very tasty either.

we did a ranch foundation for chicken nuggies and I couldn't find a foundation that fountained without a heater also! This is just the thing for it! I don't like how loud the mechanism was and had to turn it off to hear a conversation close to it. otherwise it did just what I bought it for.

What a complete waste of money, time, and most importantly chocolate. 100% disappointed in this POS that was sent to us. The motor is not powerful enough to pull the chocolate up consistently. In addition, the heated warmering plate is terrible it doesn't heat at all. It makes a super loud sound that everyone thought it was going to blow up during my wife's baby shower so we had to throw everything away including the chocolate. It was 10 lb of chocolate wasted

The media could not be loaded. We bought this to use it as a queso fountain. This works great for the first 20 minutes, but as time goes on the cheese starts to cook down and solidify. The base is advertised as a warmer, but doesn't work at all.
