I’ve been nothing but amazed with my water fountain and the filters for the past two-three years that I’ve been using it. Good value for the money, easy to clean and stainless steel!! Water flow is great along with almost no noise at all!! Only time it makes a noise is when my water is running low until I pour more water in it. Then instant silence except for the little relaxing trickle of water.

The filters are fine but if you care at all about the environment, the packaging is AWFUL for both filter refills. The bags they come in are not recyclable or biodegradable. And they put these filters, which are NOT delicate, into plastic containers in addition to the indestructible bags. Horrible. I may switch to a different water fountain because I care about the environment.

What's to know? I have three cat water fountains and change my filters and clean my pumps often. I know if I run out of filters I get them quickly

I have bought several Orsda products, including their water fountain, toys, and supplies. My cat loves all of their products, especially the fountain. I have to purchase filters, regularly, but I don't mind because they keep the fountain water clean. Their products are unique, long lasting and do what they say they are created for. Also, Orsda's Customer Service is excellent. They replace faulty items and are delightful to work with.

still have these i just switched to no plastic fountain but gotta love healthy cats, they fit perfectly to size
