ASE Test Preparation - T6 Electrical and Electronic System (ASE Test Preparation: Medium/ Heavy Duty Truck Certification Series)

First off packaging was nice. It was a very small "book box" not bent in half and stuffed in my mail box. The book has a few pages of introduction of what you need to know about the tests. Several pages of the different sections in which the test will cover. Then it has 6 tests with 50 questions a piece. Then it has all of the questions again with correct answer highlighted and an explanation for each correct answer p. It also has an explanation of why the incorrect questions are not correct....I noticed a lot of reviews say "good book" "great study guide" "really helps you study" no explanation of what the book has in it. I found it easy to read and study from. I believe most of this information should be in the description of the product. I was a little skeptical about buying but I gave it a shot and I'm glad I did. I plan to buy the rest of the series for heavy duty trucks and electronic diesel engines.

For most test, this brand is ok. For electrical, it’s woefully out of date. Practical none of the questions & study material is relevant to modern electronics on today’s vehicles. You will not be prepared for the test if you rely on this brand! If you’ll notice most of the positive reviews are old. Reviews made when it was a relevant study guide.

It’s a book, there was no damage. It arrived quickly. The information inside is true to description.
