Love this cheese!
Definitely tastes like parm and Romano cheese for tge Amazon brand it tastes really good. It’s less minty has a smooth texture and quality of cheese it good! The color is white does not stick too much it’s shakable in the bottle it does not lump inside. Tge size of jar was good enough for my family of 3 and we have it with out pasta bit does have the cheese smell but I love it with my pasta! 5 stars
