Can't get better for the price!
Very happy with this purchase! Can't get better for the price! My PT suggested I purchase a shoulder pulley for home to work on range of motion and stretch my arm and shoulder after a segmental forearm fracture. This works great! Super simple, quality product!

Both DELUXE models have the metal door hanger... This helps me rehab my frozen shoulder!
I have a L frozen shoulder so one of the PT exercises required a shoulder pulley setup to help increase my range of motion. Lifeline got pretty good reviews but I was a little bit overwhelmed that they had 4 different options and it wasn't really clear what each option included.... Since my doors are really tall, I wanted and needed the metal hanger that you put over the door (so that I didn't have to climb up on a chair/step stool to hang a door anchor each time). If you want the metal door hanger, you should choose the "DELUXE" option. (Pro-Tip: depending on the thickness of your door, the door hanger might rattle or scratch your frame or make it hard to close your door; I used bubble wrap to pad both sides of the door hanger so that it would stay in place and also not scratch my frame.) So I bought both the "Multi-Use Shoulder Pulley Deluxe" and the "Econo Shoulder Pulley Deluxe." Econo vs Multi-Use just refers to the the type of handle you use use to grab on. See attached pics to see what comes in each box (metal door hanger, smooth action pulley, cord with handles that have patented grip-all ball. Everything is basically the same except for the handles. Both were fine, I was like the overall feel of the Multi-Use Deluxe over the Econo Deluxe, but didn't think it needed to pay an extra $5 for it, so I stuck with the cheaper Econo Deluxe since I figured I only needed this for my period of PT and didn't think the Multi-Use Deluxe functionally did that much more despite the box saying it would "increase muscle tone + strength". Please note that both models have only one "assistive soft hand grip" (the extra black squishy foam piece over the yellow tubing) -- I know several reviewers seemed to assume that both handles would have the grip. I actually found that "assistive soft hand grip" annoying since it made me feel "unbalanced" and removed it. Overall, it's pretty affordable (my PT place was going to charge me $20 for their version, which had a strap door anchor instead of the metal door hanger). I prefer the metal door hanger version. These pulleys do their job and don't cost that much. Highly recommended.

Great, but needs something to hook onto.
Works great, but does not have an over-door bracket. It has a loop end that needs to be over a strong hook-like mount that's not included.

Rotator cuff recovery
Working great for shoulder rehab after rotator cuff surgery. Took a little bit to figure out the best position because it is flush against door - the physical therapy gym's pulleys are set up so you sit under them. I site on my "fanny lifter" (home exercisers who have used "The Firm" know what I'm talking about! The two stools together are just under 14 inches high) up against the door and it works great. Update: Still working great - for straight up pulls and pulling arm up the back - much better than using a towel.

Good for money and what I need
I couldn't have constructed a pulley as nice and stable as this one is. It's a better style one with the metal grip vs the plastic one that my physical therapist has. The only slight issue is the one handle that's different than the other one on this device. The parts are not removable so if you're dealing with neuropathy or hand pain, this will be a problem. You can cut it off- it's worth it to mirror each other. This is a great device for anyone with restricted range of motion in the back, shoulders, neck. I highly recommend. Use it daily.

Recommended by PT
Had a small injury in Dec 2020 and saw a Physical Therapist. PT recommended this product and I have been using it ever since. Shoulder pulley is excellent quality. Good worksmanship and durable materials. Going on 6 months and it's still in excellent condition and fully functioning.

Was incomplete - missing a part
Well, It works! it was missing a piece off one of the hand holds. Almost bought the one for less that did not have the extra piece on the handles but opted for this one instead. No, I'm not returning it but beware it may come missing parts. I don't really need the missing piece so forward I go.

Works well, comes with an over-the-door mount
Works well and seems sturdy enough. It came with an over-the-door hanger, but I don't use that. I screwed a hook into the ceiling and then hang it on that using a carabiner. I like that the rope lengths are easily adjustable.

I purchased the Lifeline Shoulder Pulley Deluxe for at-home physical therapy, and it has been extremely effective. The pulley system operates smoothly and quietly, allowing controlled and comfortable shoulder movement during exercises. The over-the-door setup is sturdy and secure, and installation takes only a few seconds with no tools required. The handles are comfortable to grip, and the rope length is well suited for a wide range of exercises and motion levels. This is a simple but highly effective piece of physical therapy equipment, especially for improving shoulder mobility, flexibility, and recovery after injury. It feels durable, well made, and suitable for daily use. Excellent value for home rehab and highly recommended for anyone following a physical therapy program.

I only used it once because the handles were quite hard to grasp or maybe I am not used to it. As for me it’s not worth the price, very expensive for that kind of material. I really need to continue my therapy that’s why I immediately bought it but I was disappointed.

Simple and easy to use. I bought it to strengthen my arm and shoulder after breast surgery. I don’t need the hand protective piece, but it was the only one I could find that shipped to Isle of Man. Unfortunately, we encounter this problem often with suppliers, although it costs no more to ship here than mainland UK.
