How thick does it slice ?

I didn't measure it but probably 1/8". Standard coleslaw/sauerkraut width. Works great, just keep your fingertips out of the blades. It slices meat too.

what is the width of the slices? How think the cabbage slices come out?

About 1/4 inch. I'm making sauerkraut and it seems to come out well.
