Hits all the right notes for me.
Firstly, these wireless buds won't win any awards for their beauty or design. The plastic patterns on the product are not appealing personally. I wanted a pair of buds that weren't going to fall out of my ear when working out at the gym. The hooked design is what i thought would work the best. I also don't like buds that go in your ear canals. These do, but they come with 5 sets of ear cushions/seals and i was able to find one that are tolerable.Things I like: aptx codec (it makes a difference in sound fidelity albeit if you have a phone that supports the codec - most androids do). I also like the sound profile and the tribit app that has equalizer options. The sound fidelity is pretty darn good. Default sound is not overly bassy, but solid bass is present and mids and vocals are crisp. You can tweak the sound profile in the app. I also like the sound pass through options. There's even an enhanced implementation you can choose and it works well to let in ambient sound while you workout. You can also use one bud only while the other is in the case or in your ear. The mic sound quality is good when on a call. It picks up your voice nicely.I don't care about anc .... If you do, these are not the buds for you because there is none. Also, I didn't need wireless charging ... That's not present here either. I did care about the price as I'm just never going to pay more than $100 for earbuds. These buds are well worth its retail price and if you find it on sale, even better. I'm generally happy with this product. In terms of maintenance, you will occasionally find that one side goes dead and won't charge. That's a signal that it is time to clean both the connector and the contacts in the case with rubbing alcohol. And sometimes the pins in the case get stuck compressed. You can use a needle or something to pop it back out.

Good mid-level wireless earbuds
**Update** - For anyone considering buying these remember this. The contact points on the actual buds and the pins in the case will eventually need to be cleaned. Even after wiping them down after each workout, they eventually need a good scraping to get dirt and oxidation off. Eventually, you will be using them and the battery will die on you. You will think that the battery is not charging any more, but that is not the case. I have had to do this 2x with my buds. I cannot fault the product, but remember this so you don't toss them thinking there is a problem. The last note is that sometimes the charging pins can get stuck down and need to be poked at to come back up. Annoying, but happens very rarely. These are my third wireless earbuds in the past 2 years or so. I am mainly using wireless earbuds for running. My first pair was a set of under $30 that did not have the ear loops and sounded okay. To their credit, they still work fine and for the money are 5 star rated due mainly to value. The main issue I had is that when it is hot and you get sweaty, they would start to wiggle out. So I decided to find a pair more focused on sports. My second pair was another $25 (with Amazon coupon) pair with earloops. To my ears, these sounded fantastic. They had dedicated volume buttons too. I liked these a lot. Unfortunately, 5 days out of the return period, one of the ear buds would not charge any more. Reviews previously noted that and I went with the 'it won't happen to me' purchase decision. So looking for another pair without spending a fortune, my first criteria (and going forward :-) ) was that the company and product needed to have its own website. I eventually came across Tribit and checked out the reviews and decided to pull the trigger.Overall, most of the latest reviews available online have been accurate. The sound out of the box is bass heavy and the mids and highs are weaker than I like. I decided to try the app and some of the equalizer presets seemed to help, but did not make a night and day difference. The app told me that a firmware update was available and online reviews noted that it helped a lot with improving the sound profile. So I attempted to upgrade, but I could not because as I eventually learned, I could not see the actual final upgrade button. It was offscreen and I did not know it at the time. Eventually as a hunch, I adjusted some text scaling and saw the button and upgraded. The firmware upgrade was worth it. The default sound is much better to me at least than the previous version. They toned down the bass a little and the mids and highs are more prominent. Good change in my opinion. They also updated the transparency mode to add an enhanced version which is a good change. Regarding the sound, I tried to reproduce the default sound equalizer profile in a custom profile and as much as I think it is spot on in how it looks, I cannot seem to get my custom one to sound like the default profile. I wanted to tweak up the bass a hair more, but I could not get there. So I am keeping the default one.Just note that button modes have been added and the past one is not the new default one. I think it is #4 now. Double check that. One odd thing to me is the alignment of where the buds are in the case to which ear they fit. The one that goes in the right ear is the left one in the case and the left ear one is on the right. Not a huge deal, but sort of odd to me.Overall, I like these buds. They feel like really good quality and I am hopeful that I will get years out of them. If anything negative happens with them via performance or longevity, I will update the review.

I never review things - these are worth it!
I was looking for a pair of earphones to use when working out (biking or running). Ideally for me was something that had decent quality, sealed the ear well (but not so well that I hear myself breathing), won't fall out of my ear running, and stay charged for a while. These meet all of criteria and have been perfect for me. I have run in the rain for 3 hours with them with no issues. I have ridden outside on the bike for 7 hours with these with no issues. I have thrown them across the room in anger, and they did not break.Taking them out of the case, they stay charged for plenty of time that I would ever need them for. I put them back in the case and they charge quickly. The case stays charged for seemingly forever, I charge the case maybe every other week while using them almost daily. My only annoyance is they only connect to one bluetooth connection. So if I switch devices, I have to disconnect from the prior device. But I have gotten used to it and make sure to do so now. I do that pretty rarely anyways so it's not a huge deal for my use case.Highly recommend for any fitness peeps. I prefer them over airpods for working out.
