I take them everyday and love the combo of D3 and K2. It’s a good quality vitamin. Easy to swallow and not a big pill. They’re pretty effective.

This is the right combination of Vitamin Kr and D3 (synergistic) and blood tests come back almost too good for me - I've backed down on this a bit (was taking two in morning, one in afternoon and evening). If you can't get optimal sunshine (best source) every day this is a good alternative

I have not experienced any side effects. I’m also super low on vitamin d. my body really needed it. Good value for how many I get.

I took the entire bottle and didn’t notice a difference either way, bad or good. I am giving 4 stars because I didn’t notice anything negative and I assume it did good things for my body, but I can’t give 5 stars because I didn’t notice anything positive necessarily. Not sure if I would buy again unless my bloodwork came back and a dr said I needed to take this because my levels were very low.

I have been using this for awhile.I was very low in Vitamin D a few years back and prescribed a D supplement ,but it wasn't non GMO or vegan friendly.I found this one and have been taking for about three years.My Vitamin D levels are great now. Good price and good quality.

Went for my regular check up and was told that my vitamin D levels were great! This considering that I spend most of my time in my office and in my home, is excellent news. The capsules are small and very easy to swallow. Package arrived intact and the bottle was properly sealed.

After mt cancer, my doctor wanted me to add K2 to my D3. So nice to get them already paired together
