Y'all, this stuff is amazing! (Please excuse the fact that I look a hot mess. I worked 18 hours yesterday.) I ordered this off of Amazon about two weeks ago, and it is already making a difference in my life. My two pot coffee habit has suddenly become two cups. I'm sleeping better, and I'm waking up on my own. #noalarmneeded lol. Many of you may know already, but we've moved my mom into our home. In addition to the move taking over TWO weeks, I suddenly have another person to take care of. Prior to all of this, I'd been feeling run down due to all things #momlife and #momboss life. This D3+B12 supplement from #maryruthorganics has been a game changer. Do your research on B12 deficiency, and if anything sounds like you, give this stuff a try. Super tasty

It’s been quite difficult finding vitamins that I can take and that are easy on my throat. These are gummies that make you reminisce when you were younger eating fruit snacks, because that’s what they taste like. I’m not sure if they offer other flavours but the ones I ordered were strawberry. They are chewy for a bit then easy to swallow. I take one every day in the morning. They capsule is not hard to open, like any other push down and twist until it pops open and all gummies are the same. The best thing about these vitamins is that they are small, I don’t know about you but I have a hard time taking pills that are any bigger than a small Advil. Other notes, the pills are 100% VEGAN. They contain coconut oil as a nut so just beware if you are allergic. They are also soy free and gelatin free. This contains 60 gummies. So, you should be good for a while if you do decide to order. I personally love this because having to order every month is a nuisance.

I searched high and low for Plant based & Vegan Vitamin D3 & Vitamin B12 and found MaryRuth's products, it was a blessing for my body since I am on a Paleo/Paleo friendly diet as I can't eat grains, it seems like everything is made with grains, esp wheat today. I’ve been using these vitamins for a while now, so I think I can write an accurate review! First off, they taste great! My whole family has been taking them and I had to reiterate several times to my kids that they are not candy! I feel like I have a lot more energy since I’ve been taking this supplement, and I had no issues with my stomach. Some vitamins make me feel nauseous when I take them in the morning, but I have not had any trouble at all. I know some people were commenting on the color/texture- they contain coconut oil, so I have noticed that in the morning they are lighter and harder because the oil has hardened in the cold overnight (my house is a little cooler at night). They definitely soften and change color as they warm up. I really like these vitamins and I will absolutely be purchasing them again when I run out!
