My initial review was less than satisfactory due to the pump working a short period of time. I did not contact the seller but should have before writing the review. I quickly received a replacement and am hoping for a better experience. I will be sure to reach out to customer service before documenting any concerns.****Received the product on Jan 19 and it stopped working March 11.

The fountain works great once you get it all adjusted with what works best for your beardie. Only thing to do is watch for the humidity in the aquarium and turn the fountain off when the humidity gets above 40 degrees, then turn it back on once the humidity is back to normal.

I bough it on July 2022 and now is December 2023. It Stop working I have no idea why for some it started by not pushing water randomly I thought it was because I didn't clean. But after cleaning it continued to do that and now is not working. It flashes red and I thought it needed water but I saw it was full so I disconnected and it does work.

The media could not be loaded. I love that it makes a beautiful fountain/running water sound, and the set up was super easy. But it only lasted for about 2-4 months only and then just stopped working-despite trying to fix it :(

This fountain has been a game-changer for my reptile hobby. My false chameleons now have much more access to fresh running water and are staying properly hydrated, as opposed to previously when they would only have water access while I was misting their enclosures. I have seen a marked difference in their health and behavior since implementing these fountains. I purchased 3 so I have an extra just in case one is soiled and I need to quickly swap out one of the fountains.One thing I noticed is that the reptiles have a tendency to poo in the fountain on the carbon filter. I am working on a way to cover that access point so that they can still access the water dripping but can not poo on that part of the fountain and contaminate their water. I check them daily still but this system has reduced chore time significantly and has added to their quality of life in a massive way.

New review: pump failed after 1 year. I have aquariums in my house with pumps that have been running continuously for the last 6 years. The pump in this thing is junk and the device is overpriced if its only going to last a year. I replaced the pump with one I had laying around. Dont waste your money.Ive tried a lot of watering devices for my skink. I tried a regular bowl for a while but those are impossible to keep clean. I tried one of those fountains that trickles water down a fake tree and then over some fake rocks into a covered bowl. This kept the water cleaner than an open bowl but keeping it topped up was a pain and it constantly clogs up because the water does still get dirty. Then I found this little fountain, and it seems like my problems are solved. This thing filters the water, has a bigger water tube that is much less likely to clog, AND my skink cant get inside of this thing so it stays clean. Its very easy to see if it needs more water and its easy to change the filter pad or just pull it out to clean it if you needed to, which I havent needed to so far. My bluey seems to like it so far and Ive seen him use it multiple times. Overall its definitely worth it.

This is the best little water calmer as we call it. It has made the world of difference for our Ian.

The media could not be loaded. It’s very pretty. It works very well and helps increase the humidity in the tank. It’s relaxing to listen to. If I made any suggestions at all it would be an auto cut off or timer for it but you could always add an external one separately. Our beardie seems to like it too.
