These are the best UX you can experience today with a wireless headset on Apple devices. The Bluetooth connectivity is amazing, and the connection to my Apple devices is perfect; not as good to other devices (it bluescreens my Lenovo X1 when I connect these via bluetooth!)The audio quality is just so-so. Far better than the standard white ear buds apple gives you; not as good as Shure SE210s, but with more bass response. HOWEVER -- I did NOT particularly find the audio quality very good until I replaced the stock rubber ear tips with Comply foam ear tips. This made a HUGE difference, adding back the bass and low frequency sound that was missing with the stock tips.I find these passably comfortable, especially for long (1-2 hour) walks. The Comply ear tips block out most sound, so I can walk down a busy NYC street and only the sound of huge diesel trucks downshifting can penetrate. It's just me and my music, at a pretty low volume (30-50%) and I'm walking in silent bliss.

I prefer these to the AirPods. My AirPods always fell out. My first generation AirPods weren’t sweat resistant and went out within 30 days. I switched to Beats X after that. I wear them to cycle and work out. They stay in my ears and have been very durable in terms of water resistance. I tried the newest AirPods Pro because The newer o es are now water resistant and I thought the rubber ear tips would help with them falling out. They still fall out. I recently bought another pair of Beats X. I have to say, they fit and stay in my ears much better Than the AirPod Pros.My first shipment of the refurbished Beats did not have the silicon case or earbud tips with it. The seller made this right by shipping a silicon case AND both types of earbud tips.Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for making it right! These were bought as a gift for a friend, but I kept them when I learned my friend had a better set of headphones. I gave them to my daughter, who spent some time in a children’s hospital in Orange County a few weeks ago, and when they were opened, we charged them and tried syncing with her iPhone, but it wasn’t working properly. We tried again at home after charging yet again, and still nothing. They don’t work at all!!! I was going to return them, as I saw our last date to return by was March 25, 2019, but as I tried returning the dead Beats today, the return by date changed to March 23, 2019. I am upset about being sold a non-functioning refurbished item, and I am even more upset that I am now stuck with them!! I feel very badly that I gave my sick daughter an expensive yet broken gift! :-( It would be nice if we could exchange for working item!!

Beats the company that Dr. Dre owned was purchased by Apple and let me say the sound quality has not changed. I loved my wired Dre beats and I love my new Apple beats as well. I listen to a lot of bass dropping dubstep and these earbuds have the bass to handle the genre of music. I listen to heavy Metal and rap and country and podcasts and the earbuds are amazing in sound quality and very comfortable

My use: Commute on train and walking around city. Just want something light I can wear. Mostly podcasts and medium level music.Comfort: I keep feeling the need to adjust it, but this could be personal fit. Sometimes they feel right, sometimes they feel like they want to fall out. Hard to get it to match in both ears, too.Design: Awesome. Doesn't fit perfectly in the case and sticks out a little bit unless you force it, but doesn't bother me.Battery: Pretty great, probably use for around 5 hours across 2 or 3 days before I feel inclined to charge it so I don't take a trip and have it die while I'm out (I did buy refurbished, but I assume the battery is something they put in new. Not sure though). It does do the thing where the percentage drains unevenly (starts off in the upper 80's%), and it probably dies around 30%.Sound quality: Could definitely be better, not the ones to go with if you care about that. I'm used to over-ear headphones. Also these keep moving around in my ear, so not the biggest concern.

Particularly great set up earphones with good sound quality, convenient connecting to phones, but weird magnetic ear piece design and terrible durability. The sound is great. Connecting the headphones to the phone is great. Handling phone calls, pausing music, and changing volume is great. Charging and powering them on is great. The only thing wrong is the weird magnetic design that tends to look like a necklace and the fact that they broke so easily. I have had them for only 4 months and they broke from one day to another for no reason. I treated them perfectly but it seems the cable design on these earphones, just like other Apple earphones, is terrible. I reset the earphones various times, but every time they are reset and I connect them to my phone, I bend them over my neck and they just disconnect and break. They blink red and white for a while before eventually staying pink where it is noticeable that the headphones have broken. The Beats X are great quality headphones with great ease of use, but with very minimal durability.

they were obviously refurbished when i got them. but they are still in great working condition. i dont take care of things well (especially headphones), i have a two year old pit bull who actually chewed up my last pair🙄... anyway, i’ve had these since december, it’s march now, and they still work with no issues at all. i sweat alot and that hasnt effected the headphones at all. it works well with phone calls (as long as the mic isnt covered up) and the battery will last about 8 hours while fully charged and constantly in use. i’m buy bluetooth headphones alot now a days and these have held up well.
