It has a pocket for cards, but not a separate card holder. I love the purse.

I am not sure what you mean by stuffing but the purse stands on its own, is very nice and does not crease or fold.

Q: Will this fit my 7inch phone?

I use an Apple iPhone 8 I put a beautiful soft Japanese tissue holder in the same pocket. It safer than anywhere at home. Your phone is bigger but I think it will still fit beneath the outside, principle zipper. The 2 vertical pockets on the inside, 1 I use for phone , 1 for pen and readers, or if you like sunglasses. Width wise it may be a tight fit, but it also might be perfect snug. I love this bag . Perfect size, lovely soft Leather, good price no cheap gaudy hardware , buy the bag, it’s lovely
