Aleve Pain Relief Naproxen Sodium Tablets, 270 Count

For context, I'm a late-30s male, 5'10" and about 175lb I have a Monday headache which shows up every week - it starts in the neck and travels up over the ear to end at the temple - and nothing helps it except three, sometimes five Aleve. Not sure why it happens or what it is linked to, but if I don't take the Aleve the headache will last through sleep and into the next day. So I've been using this for probably about ten years now for that purpose and haven't found myself building up a tolerance to its effects. I almost never exceed 5 tablets in 24h, as per the instructions - I might have done so once or twice ever. Otherwise, it is sufficient as a general pain reliever. I don't have a lot of other pain, but if I have generalized tooth pain or the occasional strained tendon or muscle, I only need two tablets to take care of it. I would recommend trying it if you haven't already, and intend to keep on using it for various kinds of pain into the future.
