Will these fit in a sleeve made for a bic?

I think it would but the long top would more than likely stick out above the case edge. I think the other one they have that looks like a Bic would be better. I do know that it is much easier for a person with weak wrist or fingers, which is my case. It acts and feels like a bic but of course is the Butane and refillable. Hope this helps. I am sorry it took me awhile to answer.
