I really like this pillow! It provides great support for my neck and head while still feeling soft and comfortable. The shape makes it easy to find a comfortable sleeping position whether I’m sleeping on my back or side. It also feels cool and comfortable throughout the night. I’ve been sleeping much better with it and wake up feeling more rested. Very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it!

I absolutely love this pillow! I used to suffer from constant neck pain and would even pay for regular massage therapy just to get some relief. My massage therapist actually recommended that I try a cervical pillow, and I'm so glad I found this one on Amazon. Since I started sleeping with it, my neck pain has improved dramatically. It's comfortable, provides excellent support, and I wake up feeling so much better. Sleeping has become much more relaxing, and I can't imagine going back to a regular pillow. If you struggle with neck pain or need better support while you sleep, I highly recommend giving this pillow a try. It has truly made a huge difference in my daily life! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a very good pillow for the price! It came rolled up but once removed from packaging, it took around 30 to 60 minutes to fill out. It looks exactly as advertised and I like that the case is washable, which I recommend you do before first use (note: pillowcase only is washable). The smell is very minimal and nothing offensive. I like that there are two heights and that it’s made for the 3 positions that most of us sleep in. Myself, I sleep on my sides and this was perfect. Since using I have not woke up to any neck or shoulder pain which is great as this was the reason why I needed to change my previous pillows, so I can say that this has worked for me. I also appreciate that the pillowcase stays cool, even when I’m hot! I would definitely recommend you try this pillow first before spending 2 to 3 times more on other brands. The only reason I have given this 4 stars instead of 5 is due to not knowing the longevity of it. The foam part appears very durable, and I’m hoping this will last a very long time.

This pillow seems to have vastly improved a pinched nerve in my cervical/neck area. I have had numb outside (pinky and ring) fingers in my right hand off and on for months. I have had this problem off and on for many years. It subsides and then returns. I decided on a queen-sized version of this pillow. I ordered it last September of 2025. So far, I am pleased with the purchase. I have zero nights waking up with numb fingers. Coincidence. I don't think so. I am sticking with the pillow and will take it with me traveling. The foam is not too firm nor too soft. As Goldilocks would say, "it's just right." I am a petite person, so a larger person might need a greater height being a side sleeper.

I really like the shape and support of this pillow. The center is slightly lower, which makes it very comfortable when sleeping on my back. The sides are higher, so when I turn onto my side, my head and neck feel perfectly supported. I find this pillow much more comfortable than regular polyester-filled pillows. It’s firm and supportive, so you can actually feel it holding your neck in the right position instead of just sinking down under the weight of your head. After unpacking, it took about 5 hours to fully expand and return to its proper shape. Overall, I’m very happy with it. It’s comfortable, supportive, and works really well for switching between back and side sleeping.

Everything I could’ve imagined went wrong with this pillow. This was the worst pillow I’ve ever purchased in my life and I was thinking that it was the greatest pillow based on everything shown in the picture description and everything described in writing. The only thing I can say that is correct about the description is that it is thick & the pillow case material is soft. There is zero cooling effect. This pillow is priced high and the quality is low. The written description that specifically enticed me to purchase this pillow was the following: “【SLOW REBOUND HIGH QUALITY MEMORY FOAM】The neck support pillow is made of high quality CertiPUR-US certified rebound memory foam. Premium quality firm and not too soft for maximum comfort and great relaxation of your head, neck, shoulders and back muscles when you lie on your back or side.” There is no type of rebound memory foam in this pillow. It states quality firm and not too soft for maximum comfort. This is not the case at all. This pillow is the hardest pillow I’ve ever laid my head on. It states that it can be used two different ways to achieve comfort as in height. I tried both ways. Neither way worked. It stated that it is for people who lay on their side, their stomach or their back. The way this pillow is shaped it provides zero comfort anyway it’s laid on. Did maintain the shape retention? Yes because the pillow basically does not move out of shape because it’s hard and the pillowcase keeps it exactly in place for no movement whatsoever.As far as the pillowcase they mention- the pillow does have a case on it and it’s removable so you can wash it, but if you’re the type of person who wants to protect the pillow with a pillow protector, there’s no type of protector to purchase for this shape of pillow. Basically you’re laying on the pillowcase, not protecting the pillow. That’s a minor downside. The major downside is the ergonomics of this pillow is absolutely terrible. The picture description shows people with doctor jackets showing athumbs up. From personal experience, I don’t see how any doctor could recommend this pillow. I let it sit for 24 hours before I used it. The very first night I got less than four hours of sleep because I tossed and turned trying to get my head comfortable on this pillow. The paperwork in the box says to give the pillow three weeks for your head to adjust to the “memory foam.“ I laid on a second night and I woke up with a headache in the morning. Who would want to lay on a pillow for three weeks with the attempt to make the pillow work for what they call “the memory foam” feature? I see that as three weeks of literally no sleep! Fortunately, I kept the box but discarded the plastic that it came wrapped in. On the side of the box was an email if you were dissatisfied. I emailed my dissatisfaction and it took about a week for a reply, but fortunately after some emailing back and forth, as they requested pictures to show them my dissatisfaction. This was a little difficult to do so I actually sent them 2 pictures of my sleep app for the 2 nights I slept on the pillow which captures how much sleep I get each night. This was all they needed to issue me a full refund and I donated this pillow to my church who collects clothing and bedding items. I thought maybe this pillow may work for somebody? I’m not one to throw things in the garbage, even though my first thought was that that was exactly where this pillow belonged. It surely did not work for me. I suggest from my personal opinion you think twice about purchasing this and please by all means read the reviews that are in the one and two star category. I do not recommend at all.

On its own it’s not good. If you put an extra pillow underneath it to get a better height to it, it’s much better!. I have pretty wide shoulders. I was suffering for decades with neck and shoulder pain to where it would give me a migraine for the whole day or half the day, completely making the day useless. I bought a neck pillow from another company on here that was terrible. It would completely flatten so I returned it and got this one. This one is way thicker. Supports me way better and is slightly larger. I have to adjust this pillow just right to not have any neck and shoulder stiffness. If not, then I have a bit of shoulder and neck pain but minor, to where it goes away on its own pretty quick. I wish they made these neck pillows way more bigger for adult men. These are way more useful for women and children. If the pillow was perfect for me, I would give it 5 stars. Mine came with a strange stain on the white part of the pillow, unsure what it is. I think it’s like the black color got absorbed into the white color. Does not come off but not too much of a big deal at this point. Firmness is not soft or hard but just right in the center. Which for me is fine. Cooling is okay, does not get very hot. I like that I can easily adjust the pillow when I wake up at night and not have to battle a duck feather or polyester material or shredded memory foam pillow for a long while to try to get it to be comfy. To me that helps a ton. I say, try it out and if it doesn’t work for you then simply return it.

Die ersten 2-3 Tage war das Kissen beim Schlafen noch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig! Jetzt aber haben sich mein Nacken- und Schulterbereich bestens damit angefreundet! Ich schlafe so gut und habe endlich keine Beschwerden mehr!
