Works very well and looks great in the kitchen! Have juice a load of grapefruit with this. It's quieter, stronger and easier to clean than my last one. If you are juicing a lot of citrus definitely recommend this unit.

Arguably the best thing about Smeg products is their retro styling and fairly wide assortment of color options for them.Yup, it's a one trick pony. Yup, it's an expensive one trick pony. But, it is good at what it does, it is easy to clean, easy to operate, and yeah, it's fun to use as well! It looks super cool on your counter making it worthy of the space it takes up. If you juice a lot of citrus for cocktails, or whatever else, this thing will save your wrists, eliminate the frustration of using manual juicers that slide out from under you, don't quite extract all the juice without tons of pressure and are difficult to clean.Initially irritated by the price but in the end can't imagine not being spoiled to death by this gadget.

Love the color and it’s look super cute

I've used several of these types of orange juicers at work and read several of the reviews for the various models on the Amazon website. The SMEG 50 caught my eye because of the elegant design. It was more expensive than most, but the reviews were good. If I didn't like it I could easily return the item. I've had this now for two weeks and this is by far the best juicer out there. It's easy to clean, simple to use, the parts are durable, and it looks cool. I don't mind paying more for an item if I think the quality is better than competing products. I believe, based on the quality, this juicer will hold up longer than any of the others. In this case I got what I paid for. A good value. This is my 2 cent review.

Plastic garbage. The metal parts are just thin metal over plastic. Returned.

It works as advertised and is kind of cool looking. Additionally, it is easy to clean. Also like that you can pull the spout up and it will seal the bowl, so if you fill a cup but juice is coming out you can pause easily.

I love the looks and the simplicity of this juicer. Its retro look is so cool, I'm proud to leave it sitting on my kitchen counter. Its simple design means ease of use and less chances of things not working. Finally, it feels sturdy, solid, and well-built.
