Spider Farmer 6 Inch Carbon Filter for Grow Tent Odor Control

Works very well and looks great! Very sleek and quality. (Didn't use it for a traditional setup. I made it work for my homemade setup.) Easy installation, Has a strap style bracket so you can strap it up wherever. Has 2 hanging points. It's versatile and I can change it later if needed. I love the cleanable re-usable filter sock that comes with it. Really helps to filter out the dust, you can smell the fresh air in the room vs out of it. The size is perfect for me, would work in a tent setup if you wanted.

Slips right over any 6" exhaust fan, straps to the top of your tent and IMMEDIATELY removes the smell from the exhaust. Spider Farmer is a very trusted brand for indoor growers and this filter is just as high quality as everything else I've ever purchased from them.

To be honest I got Spiderfarmer brand since it would arrive faster than AC Infinity (the brand i normally use) so far it's done a great job at keeping my house odorless. Will keep you posted if that changes. I really like the loops to hook it with ratchet straps (finally someone thought of this) so I'll give it a 5 star. If Spiderfarmer really wanted to compete against AC Infinity I'd price this down at least a 10% from AC Infinity. It's hard to beat such an established brand if you're charging exactly the same as they are. Edit: after running this for a day and a half in an enclosed room, i can smell a lot of the smells this was supposed to filter. This wasn't supposed to happen with AC Infinity. I will be returning this.

I use this in my tropical tent to help with the smell when I lay down the fish fertilizer, and it cuts it out completely. I blow it out with an air compressor from time to time, and it still works over a year later

it seems to work but for the same price you can get the AC version which is about 6 inches longer and packs more carbon. I would propose that being longer that it’s more effective. 25% more effective, or longer lasting. It’s good in a compact area.

Bon filtre SFarmer

Ich habe zwei Filter bestellt und bei beiden war kein Haken im Lieferumfang enthalten. Die Filter sind seit 6 Wochen im Einsatz und haben 5 Wochen gut funktioniert. Vor ein paar Tagen stieg die Luftfeuchtigkeit über Nacht auf 80% und jetzt wird nichts mehr gefiltert. Immerhin dämpfen sie noch die Geräusche. Deshalb 2/5 UPDATE Ich war zu faul die filter zu ersetzen und ein paar Tage später funktionierten sie wieder. 🙈 Vielleicht sind sie einfach nur getrocknet? Jetzt seit insgesamt 18 Wochen im Einsatz und die Leistung nimmt etwas ab. Gut für bis zu 2 Durchgänge und die Haken werden nicht mehr in der Beschreibung erwähnt. Ganz gut UPDATE 2 Die Aktivkohle ist austauschbar. Man muss nur 3 Schrauben lösen! Deshalb doch 5/5
