I received the 36800mAh by mistake lol. I wanted the 20000mAh because I was traveling to Australia and security get goofy with anything over 27000 so I took it with me without knowing. It went through without a problem so 🤷🏻‍♂️. So it’s pretty nice having that extra juice. It’s much more compact than I was expecting. The duel USBs at a plus. Solar takes a looooong time to charge but if it’s fully usb charged then it’ll maintain it pretty well. Takes a while to charge that way too but it’s a lot of power. I’d definitely buy this product through this seller again. (The compass and carabiner for your backpack are a nifty touch too.)

Purchase this item and only used it 4 times at most it will not charge , just a green solid light on and the solar never did work . Anyone have any ideas of how to get the charger to take charge? I don’t see a reset .

This great to have for camping and emergencies.. easy to use.. very functional.. battery lasts long and has flashlight

Worked well for about a month . Won’t charge past the 2nd light no matter if it’s solar or plugged in. Not enough charge to charge anything else. Very disappointed

So we just had a direct hit from hurricane Milton and I got this last second, despite the bad reviews it was the only thing able to come on time. K. So.Charged me and husbands phone from almost dead to full- better than 99% of power banks I’ve had.As far as the solar, we grilled and hubby took it outside with him to charge and we were out there about 2 hours and it had 3 out of 4 or 5 bars off solar. About one phone’s worth from dead.Not bad, especially for the price.Seems pretty durable. Battery did a good job. Comes with a lot of features (of which I don’t really care about tbh)

Love it. It’s everything it’s expected to be and for what it’s intended for. Worth the cost. Charges fast. Not too big.Like the ports. Very highly bright lights.

Working pretty well , slowly charges when try use the solar panel. Takes two days to charge itself halfway. As for charging it on the cord takes about 4 hours to fully charge the unit but definitely good to have when you need a few items to be charged
