I use these for digestion and heartburn. I have less digestion issues when I take the pills at mealtime.

I have been taking these for almost a year and have noticed a difference in the way my stomach behaves. I had my gallbladder removed a few years ago and have struggled with digestive issues since. These have decreased the bloating I experience after eating, helped my regularity, and has weirdly helped my skin too.

A friend of mine was telling me about these and how she feels they have helped her digestion and overall wellness. I decided to give them a try and ordered them. They arrived quickly and well packaged, with the bottle well sealed. I don't necessarily have digestion issues but figured I would try these to see if they made me feel any different or better considering how much my friend was raving about them. I read the label and took them as it said I should for about 2 weeks. I honestly didn't feel or notice a change or difference. I can't say with certainty that they didn't help me, but to be fair they also didn't harm me that I know of. I probably won't continue to take these since I noticed no benefit or change, but I think this is just one of those things that is different for different people. For anyone that does have digestion issues I would try them, I have a few friends who now use these regularly and swear by how they've helped them become more regular.

I like the overall approach of this supplement with its blend of a variety of digestive enzymes plus probiotics. However, the potency/concentration of both the enzymes and the probiotic are rather low compared with other options, and has not provided me with much benefit. The probiotic concentration is only 1 billion CFUs which is well below the level I need, as well as well below pretty much any adult probiotic option. The strains are also limited to just 3, which is also quite low. The enzymes are a blend of all the most useful ones including lactase, cellulase, lipase, amylase, and Bromelain. A good combo, but the concentration of each is too low for me to get the results I get with other more concentrated enzyme supplements. While the price seems reasonable for 60 caps, the low potency makes this a rather so-so value at best. A good concept that is not well executed. Three stars.
