Sure--you can have it delivered to a prison. Whereupon the mailroom staff will either confiscate it and dispose of it in the CO staff break room, or they will contact you and ask you to pay shipping charges to ship it to your home because they do NOT let outside food come in to their facility--and when you decline they will dispose of it in the CO staff break room.
