These are a spendy investment but in my opinion worth it. They are great for even heat with cooking. While you don't want to put them in the dishwasher, they are truly non stick so they are super easy to clean. Mine haven't scratched however I've been careful to use silicone or bamboo utensils on them. I think if you put a little care in with them they will last a long time. Definitely upped my cooking game with these.

Amazing cook wear! I’m not one from wring reviews unless the product is impressive, and that is why. You see my comments now. I have cooked with many type of cook wear in my life including while in culinary arts. I was fortunate enough to find this beautiful set on the “pre-owned” segment of Amazon, the only issue I found was a small ding in the side of the lid, likely from shipping. This is turkey a remarkable set and I encourage you to buy one.

I was looking for a non stick pan without the 'chemicals' that you fine with other brands. I Love these pans. So easy to cook with, easy to clean and they are beautiful. The equality is amazing. I started with 1 pan, then ordered the set. Now I want my entire kitchen to be Caraway!

There are beautiful pans! I was sick of food sticking to my other pans that were stainless steel. There are a bit more heavy but love the look at feel. They cook great on. They do take a little bit longer to heat up being they are thicker but well worth it. Love that it also comes with stuff to keep them organized.

Pricy, but they have been well worth it so far. I really wanted a nice set of cookware and they have been really great. Easy to clean (recommend hand washing only to keep up the quality). I did notice some very minor brown spotting on the bottom metal plating on one of the pans I use frequently, but it has not impacted anything or gotten worse over time.
