Q: Anyone experience in the cold? bought a Gooloo (diff model) about 3 yrs ago, used it 5 times & on a day when it was 30F out it died-Now it's useless.

Yes never use five times in a row unless you can recharge (that happened to me) so if it’s really cold just use the boost the first time them recharge when you get where you’re going.

Q: Can it work without a battery or low voltage?

Yes, this product can work when your vehicle does not have a battery, or your car's battery is totally dead, and the battery voltage is very low. In this case, please press the “BOOST” Button to enter Force Start mode.

Q: Can you jump a 24v battery?

Sorry, this jump starter battery pack can only start 12V batteries.
