A quality device that works well, I am happy to recommend it.
What a stunning piece of kit! I ordered it yesterday and it was delivered on the same day. All retail packaging was intact and the product was brand new. Ok, first impressions: Design wise this is beautiful, unlike anything else on the market. This looks like an apple product 100%. The case and driver are very well made and feel good in the hand, the weight is not heavy but it feels reassuringly solid. The driver bits in the case cap are a great way to have everything in one place so there's no need to scrabble around trying to find them. The LED light is nice and provides good illumination, enough to do the job. The forward and reverse buttons are conveniently located so that a good grip can be maintained along with control. The hex bits look to be of reasonable quality, I would say for everyday tasks they are good enough with a decent variety of types of bit. There is only 1 flat head bit but to be honest it does not bother me, most of the screws I would use this for would be Phillips head screws anyway. When I received it I was eager to test it, design aside this needed to perform otherwise it would just be a pretty item to look at! To test it I grabbed some Phillips head screws and found a chunk of wood. I then set the torque to position 1 and tried the device... The screw was 3 inches long and was easily driven in until about a third of the way before stopping. The torque of the device made it want to turn in my hand but once I had adjusted to provide extra grip it was Ok. Once maximum torque was reached I set the torque to position 2, it was then easily driven all the way in without any problem. For me this is good enough for almost any job in the house or most jobs on my car that require a screwdriver. The forward/reverse buttons are conveniently located so that you keep good control of the device. Suggestions for improvement would be to contour the shape to make gripping it easier and also I would have added variable speed control rather than the 1 single speed this has, this would prevent over tightening. A workaround for me was to get the screw almost all the way in and then I was able to turn the screwdriver manually for the last nip up. This is a keeper for me, design and functionality are exactly what I wanted, I recommend buying this.

A thing of beauty - almost too nice to use for screwing things into other things
To be honest I've more things to screw screws into things than I can shake a stick at, but there's always room for one more when they are as cool as this. I've several dewalt drill/drivers and a couple of Wera ratchet manual screwdrivers but, until today, didn't have a dedicated electric screwdriver. When the packaging arrived I was immediately concerned about how heavy this thing was. The box had some serious heft to it. I was relieved to find, however, that a lot of the weight is in the cylindrical case the driver comes in. I hadn't really paid too much attention to this in the reviews that I'd watched on YT , but it does add a lot of weight and bulk to the package - think small premium water bottle size. Having said that, it is beautifully made from what feels like eally high quality aluminium. The case houses the bit holder and keeps the drill securely held and protected when not in use. It's completely overkill as a tool holder, but really gives a premium feel to the package. Way too nice to chuck into a tool box. The driver itself is, again, beautifully made. Looks a bit bulky but is very well balanced in the hand. Powerful but controllable. I've used it on a couple of little jobs this afternoon and it's worked flawlessly. The selection of bits that come with it is good but a little limited. You could obviously swap these out with a selection of your choice. All in all it's a premium feeling tool which I'm sure any DIY'er would be pleased to own. I think it will be living in the house rather than being left out in the garage. It's just too pretty to leave out there! I paid just £29 in the Black Friday sale and have to say that at that price it feels like incredible value for what you get.

Excellent quality. Powerful, not too fast to wreck the screw head or material to screw in
Excellent quality. Powerful, not too fast to wreck the screw head or material to screw in. I am a tradesman. Before owning this screwdriver, I used a combi drill. But that is big and won't fit in my toolbox. Had to go back to my van to get the drill when I only had to drive some screws in. This screwdriver fits in my toolbox and does the same job. It is powerful. Drives screws into wood with no problem. It's not too fast to wreck the screw head. Battery seams to last. It has 3 torque settings and you can tell the difference. Most important it has the facility to turn it off and it's not a button that can accidentally be pressed while squeezed with other tools in the toolbox and then make it to run and drain the battery like another electric screwdriver that I had before this. And it comes with various range of screw bits which are nicely fit in a rubber seating in the screwdriver casing so you can easily pull them out. It also has a LED circular light around the screw drive which lights the area you screw. Very useful in dark places. Will see how long it lasts. I have used it for a couple of weeks now and then, at least once a day. So far I can't fault it. Before, I had a cheap one which was faster. But sometimes it was slipping over the screw head and when the screw was half way into the wood, it didn't have the power to drive it in further. This one, if the wood is a bit hard, it slows down but it drives it all the way.

Far better than I expected. More powerful than you anticipate. So close to perfect.
Tiny electric screwdrivers. They struggle with IKEA, right? Wrong. If anything, this has too much horsepower for little IKEA screws. Seriously. I bought this specifically for that purpose, and I ended up being just as careful with my cute little HOTO as with the Dewalt drill my husband was using on the other end. This little darling is simple. Up button for in and down button for out. Easy switching out the bits, of which there are a plethora and have so far encountered every screw and said 'there's a nub for that'. It's even idiot proof: your lid doesn't lock? That's because you forgot to turn it off, dummy! Gah! The battery lasts for freakin ever. I've put together two different massive IKEA projects and a couple of bolts on a TV stand and I'm still on the charge it shipped with. It's a USB-C charger, so it will plug into any of your chargeable devices or wall plugs. So why the 4 stars? Because hundredths of a second is still second place. I'd call the HOTO a 4.95 stars. So close to perfect, and yet not quite. So close. Just a hair. And yet... USB-C charger is on the bottom of the device itself. BUT WHY?? Why do I have to take the HOTO out of its snug, solid, beautiful case in order to charge it?? That lovely, shiny case needs its own USB-C port so my sleeping HOTO can both rest and recharge. The high-powered, sneaky HOTO will churn through little teeny screws, as I said. Which is a problem. Yes, there is technically a power adjuster, but the difference is slim. I could use it for more projects if I didn't worry about it stripping screws in its haste and over-exuberance. The HOTO missed an opportunity for the range of use. As to how realistic that would be, I can't say. I'm not an engineer. This is a marvelously engineered and well-thought out product, closer to perfect than any of the best silver medalists. Despite the two flaws that are a pain for me, I love this screwdriver. It is now a staple in my tool stable. 4.95 stars Would recommend 10/10

High quailty screwdriver with a fair amount of torque!
Great handy electric screw driver, it is powerful enough to build standard IKEA furniture as well as using it for RC model buildings. The scree driver comes in a nice cardboard box from manufacturer, inside the box you will find a USB-C cable as well as a nice aluminium case housing the electric screwdriver as well as the extra bits which come with the screwdriver. The screwdriver has 4 settings (Off, I, II, III), the first (I) mode is enough to drive the small screws on your RC models as well as other kitchen appliances, and the third (III) mode is strong enough to drive most of the screws on your IKEA flat packed furniture. Once it reaches its factory's torque setting, the slipper clutch would prevent the screwdriver from turning in order not to round your screws, great idea!! There are a few different flat, star and philips drivers inside the aluminium case, I have used some of them and they are pretty strong, none is broken as yet, hopefully they will stay that way. The USB-C cable is provided for you to recharge the screwdriver, LED charging indicator is located at the bottom of the handle. The screwdriver would last a long time before the need of recharging (well, subject to your application), I mainly use level one setting with the occasional level two to drive the bigger screws. I am happy with this product and can recommend it. Hope you will find this review useful.

A total pleasure to use
The only thing needed to say about this is what a pleasure it is to use. Robust, powerful (but can also be used at lower torque), and a design masterpiece. If you appreciate quality, this is for you.

Great size and easy to use
Product works really well and feels a premium quality Easy to charge via usb and the case it sits in with all the heads, is not too large and falls into my bag nicely Not to heavy to use and durable when taking apart epos systems that it hasn’t scratched

Metal case breaks easily
Product is good, it’s strong and has most of the bits you would need for general handyman work, the case however is not. It’s already broken and come unglued. Charge seems to last a good while and is capable of screwing into wood and masonry.
