I originally ordered SUPERSHIELDZ because it had the most reviews and highest ratings - Big MISTAKE. Big. HUGE. It was terrible. I tried again, this time with this product with only a few reviews but all 5 stars and everyone who has purchased this is telling the truth. IT'S INCREDIBLE! Simple to apply, easy directions, and if a piece of dust (or fur) gets stuck after placing it on, it is super easy to remove the cover, clean it, and place it on again. I was afraid that it would wrinkle and crease when I peeled it back (like the other product I tried) but it did not! The cover is not visible at all; blends right it with the watch. I will update again regarding durability once I've had it on the watch for a bit.

All the other screen protectors for watches these days are ones where you have to peel off half the backing paper from underneath, stick the half on, then peel off the rest underneath. If it bends, you get stuck with a permanent ridge. If it's out of place, you're stuck with it.This one, while wet, works best. Easy to float over til it's in the right spot, easier to handle than the upside down peel-off-half ones. These things are wonderful, especially when you own a pool and can't have a glass screen protector for fear of it coming off and popping a hole in your pool (or foot.) And, if you're like me, you still have some little bottles of premixed soap stuff from previous protectors, ready to go. Long live the wet application screen protector! The only thing that would make these better is if they'd included just one more.

2 screen protectors came in a package. One started peeling off after a few weeks. The other has held up pretty well.I did get a large nick in it, and thought it was done for, but after a couple of weeks it indeed did heal itself. Note that you cannot claim your warranty replacement by contacting the seller through Amazon. You have to keep original contact items in your packaging, which I did not. Fortunately, the second one in the box has held up and I have not needed to.

Be aware, this protector has No adhesive on the back. For installation, I needed to make a mixture solution of water and dish-wash liquid. This dish-wash detergent solution works as an adhesive (?) for this protector.Installation was very difficult, because the protector kept moving on the watch screen until the solution evaporated (up to 12 hours!). I could not use the watch for 12 hours because I didn't want to misalign the protector. However, after 12 hours, I found a dust below the screen protector. Then, what could I do? I should remove the protector and should re-do the process again, which was annoying experience. Further, there are still bubbles even after 12 hours, which makes the screen look ugly.This protector was more expensive than other products, and I chose this because I thought there may be the reason. However, it proves not. I should return this product because it is useless (I gave up for installation). Hope this helps other buyers.

I would definitely recommend buying a screen protector for the Garmin Venu, as I found out the hard way that the screen scratches fairly easily, despite being made of "Gorilla Glass." 🙁 Luckily, after applying this protector, the minute scratches my screen has already picked up are no longer visible. I found the installation process pretty easy, and the protector is thin enough that you don't really notice it. In the attached photo, you can probably barely tell that it's there, which is exactly how a screen protector should be. I won't deliberately test its durability, but it seems solid enough to protect the watch face from the daily abuse it would otherwise receive, so I'm happy with it.

So had these screen protectors 7 months first one lasted for 5.5 months, this is the second one. In the pic, you can see the white smudge on the bottom left corner is from a typical ding when I wear the watch. that happened almost two weeks ago, may not be obvious but it is not attached to the screen anymore in that area and still has not healed itself. The first screen protector did same thing and after having to many spots like this it was not sticking on edges and peeling up more every time I pulled my shirt off. They help but not going to last the life of my watch and looking at getting other ones that are cheaper. It does look good when first on but not lasting like I hoped.

The installation can prove a bit tricky as the film curls, but keep everything damp and you should be fine. Have been using the first one for over 2 months with no issue.1. Clear2. Doesn't appear to interfere with touch sensitivity3. Hasn't scratched or become hazy4. Has remained completely adhered (subjected to a ton of outdoor activities, various temperatures, water)4.5 stars only due to the challenge of the install.

This is the third screen protector I tried for the Venu. Stiff, tempered glass ones do not fit or work well because of the rounded edges on the Venu screen. As far as applying the film: follow the instructions, use plenty of soapy water, work under good light so you can see what you're doing, take your time, and be meticulous. Keep in mind that it will settle and tighten as it dries. Some of the smaller imperfections will disappear. Mine is invisible, the screen of the watch looks as bright and vibrant as it does without a screen protector, and the touch screen operates perfectly. I'm very pleased with the product, and delighted to at last have a screen protector on my Venu.
