Not sure if buying this was a good idea, but it worked perfectly, installed fast, immediately printed an alignment page and now everything is good to go! Big plus, I saved fifty percent! Clearly a lot of folks have good experiences with this ink, and I can say they definitely have the customer service to back it up. Much appreciated!--Original Review--Black cartridge worked well, but the color cartridge was defective and the printer wouldn't recognize it. Upon closer inspection, it appears one of the PCB contact points is burned. I'm sure I just got a lemon, but annoying none the less.

These are really good, long lasting ink cartridges. Save some money and try them out.I received an order of these and the black cartridge wouldn't print. Showed an error after I installed it. I was able to exchange the product with no questions asked! Highly recommend.
