I always rely on Lundberg for good quality grains, and the tri-color quinoa blend is another delicious option.The tri-color blend works amazing for savory dishes, it's not the kind you make breakfast bowls. It packs lots of earthy nutty flavor, with the typical quinoa bitterness (in a good delicious way). It doesn't absorb tons of water, it doesn't get really fluffy. The texture has some bite, so it's a good option for salads, both warm and cold. I like that I can cook this quickly, I can have the base of my meals in less than 30 minutes.

Quinoa is a complete protein. This particular brand also has the highest fiber content among all those quinoa versions I've researched. Aside from its healthy profile, it mixes well with numerous dishes.

I really enjoy. Mix with veggies and it is spot on.

Delivery was tremendous. The item was a gift to someone who is temporarily on a fat free to low fat diet. This is a good start and can be used in hot or cold dishes. The name leaves a little bit to be desired. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Lundberg Family Farms is the Bentley of grains. Quality, taste, healthy options. Their wild rice is absolutely top-notch, also. I won't buy any other brand for my Quinoa and Wild Rice.

Actual USA product. Has a beautiful flavor. The resealable bags are very nice and the zipper mechanism is well engineered to account for the small grains that might get trapped in it.
